"Moustafa è stato molto gentile e il check-in è stato impeccabile. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con vista mare al secondo piano. La camera era piccola ma pulita. Anche il resto del personale dell'hotel è stato molto accogliente e ci ha salutato ogni volta che ci ha visto. C'erano anche molti gatti. Anche la colazione era molto comoda, situata al primo piano. Tuttavia, è meglio portare i propri articoli da toeletta!"

"Il personale ti fa sentire subito a casa e, se lo desideri, ti aiuta a organizzare le cose a Dahab. la prima volta che viaggiavo da sola, questo è stato davvero il benvenuto. Tutti erano molto disponibili e gentili. Era la mia prima esperienza di immersione e il centro immersioni era davvero buono. Personale professionale, buona attrezzatura e organizzazione. È un bell'hotel "essenziale". Non aspettarti l'atmosfera di un grande resort turistico. Poiché non è così grande, è bello e accogliente. C'è la piscina, ma se attraversi la strada puoi già fare il bagno in mare! (e una bellissima barriera corallina per fare snorkeling o immersioni). La stanza andava bene, non avevo bisogno di altro. Sorpreso di avere un frigorifero "vero" (non un mini frigorifero). c'è anche una scrivania, una sedia, 2 armadi, uno specchio... Le pulizie giornaliere fanno un buon lavoro per mantenere tutto pulito. Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto della vista sul mare, vale il piccolo costo aggiuntivo. Ristorante: la colazione è un semplice buffet, ma in alcuni giorni provano a cambiare piccole parti (come i falafel o lo stufato di fagioli) e preparano pancake e omelette freschi su richiesta. Hanno un menu con diverse opzioni per la cena: è buono ed è più economico che in città. buona opzione se sei esausto dopo l'immersione. se dovessi dire un punto negativo: la connessione wifi era molto instabile nella stanza. Ma meglio vicino alla reception/banco. Ma questa non è la cosa più importante quando sei lì ;-)"

"Resort datato, bella posizione nel nulla. Camera ampia con un bel terrazzo e vista, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Internet quasi inesistente,un po',a momenti, vicino alla reception. Il personale del ristorante gentilissimo. Ottimo cibo, non una grandissima scelta ma ben preparato. Piscina gelida ma almeno l'ambiente pulito. Spiaggia veramente sporca: plastica, mozziconi di sigarette ovunque. I servizi igienici indecorosi. Barriera corallina inesistente. Parlano inglese e russo."

"We all had pizza on day 1- enthusiastic! We had pasta, salad and sausage on day 2 - equally enthusiastic about the quality and creativity of the dishes....Last lunch on day 4 at Eldorado before we headed back to Cairo - so yummy, so good! I love the puglia pasta best of all 😋 my son really loves the rib eye Steak- ordered it second time today, my son's girlfriend favorite were the Ravioli and our shared favorite is the panna cotta😃😃😃"

"A cozy small hotel overlooking the sea. It has a small and very beautiful sitting area on the beach. The rooms are very clean, the upper floor has balconies with an amazing sea view. The price might be considered a bit high comparing with the hotel prices in Dahab. Breakfast is included, which is quite ok but we preferred to have our breakfast somewhere else as a change. The owner and the staff are very friendly. One of the things i loved about the hotel that it is not close to the center area of Dahab which is usually crowded and noisy. I would definitely go there again."
Red Sea Relax Hotel
"We booked the room for one night only because our bus was going to leave 11 pm so were not going to continue even till the morning. So around 14:00 3rd april we moved from our original hotel that we spent our original stay because only it was far. and we just put the bags in the room in red sea relax and we used the room for only toilet needs and praying and to store insuline pens. We were 4 people 2 married couples. So along the day we had some out of hands circumstances and we couldnt proceed to our bus at 11 pm. So the 2 females spent the rest of the night in the room and the 2 males booked another hotel for the night. When the 2 females went to the hotel back at night there was no one in the reception desk. So we couldnt even mention the changes to anyone (not our fault that there is no proper security in this place) So as we had heavy bags the next day At 9 AM 4th of April. The 2 Husbands went upstairs to get the heavy bags down. So finally when were doing the check out the receptionist went angry that we didnt inform her we spent the night till morning. And she accused us that we have spent the night all 4 of us together !!! Which could put her in serious legal actions. And she said its our fault that we didnt inform the hotel And again there was no one and we were very late at night when we returned back. I swear untill before checkout i was saying i kinda liked the place and i would go back for proper vacation. But after the lack of security and the non sense accusation its absolutely unacceptable PS: The room was extremly small and had one queen bed so it barley fit the 2 women which was ok as it was last minute change and we settled. 2- the place is extremely noisy and the room service were very loud while closing and opening the doors all around the place so you can hear what ever is happening outside. "

"I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional throughout my stay. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they treated us with hostility and arrogance. The hotel was not clean, and the overall level of service was far below any reasonable standard. What upset me the most was an incident where a guest came to my outdoor area to stand and talk with me for a few minutes. The staff approached us in a very aggressive and disrespectful manner, forced him to leave, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told, “You can check out if you don’t like it.” I have never experienced such rude and dismissive treatment in any hotel before. Rather than addressing concerns respectfully, they chose to speak to guests in an offensive and degrading way. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for basic respect, cleanliness, or professional customer service."

Il ristorante è buono, c’è una grande varietà di piatti ad ogni pasto, quindi è impossibile annoiarsi con il cibo. C’è anche l’animazione: ogni giorno organizzano attività durante il giorno e la sera, e dopo lo spettacolo c’è sempre la discoteca. Ahmed è un vero intrattenitore, un vero superstar! Nel complesso vale assolutamente quello che costa — esperienza consigliatissima! 🌟"
