Отель находится в получасе ходьбы от остановки слипербаса и в часе ходьбы от аэропорта, в старом районе города. Рядом очень мало кафе, пунктов аренды байков.
В отеле есть круглосуточная стойка регистрации, но нас заселяли полчаса.
В самом дешевом номере не было окна, но был кондиционер, вентилятор, собственная ванная комната, также присутствовал неприятный запах.
Интернет есть, но связь очень плохая, приходится искать другую сеть.

L'hotel superava tutte le mie aspettative, e dal momento che passeggiai attraverso le porte, il personale era caldo e accogliente, facendomi sentire a casa. La mia camera era spaziosa e impecabilmente pulita, con un balcone che offre una vista fantastica sulla linea di cieco della città. Amazing hotel, although a little pricey, especially as my rate didn’t include breakfast. The room is very comfortable h the view and the balcony are what really makes the hotel. The pool has a beautiful view but it’s very small and when you’re on a lounger there you’re very close to the other guests (only a few loungers in a small space)

Excellente location.nextvto spiaggia, 5 min a piedi per commerci convenienti, cibo, pub, caffè, ristoranti, lavanderia, negozi, noleggio moto, venditori di strada, cambio di denaro.
Balcone al piano superiore (livello 16) ha una vista meravigliosa sulla spiaggia di Danang a nord e a sud.
Bella camera grande, pulita, solida materassi, doccia un po 'piccola e visibile di crack, molle.
Il colazione era un gusto asiatico vietnamita. La maggior parte degli ospiti erano asiatici, molto pochi europei.
Il tè era molto debole e non caldo.

Quattro ascensori, e sono veloci.
La piscina al livello 20 è parzialmente sotto il tetto, non molto sole nella maggior parte del giorno.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ha una vista meravigliosa, con colori vivaci ed è situato in posizione centrale, vicino a tutti i ristoranti che volevamo visitare e vicino alla spiaggia.
Gli standard di servizio erano piuttosto scadenti: il sapone non è stato sostituito per due giorni consecutivi, il lavaggio a mano è stato lasciato vuoto per due giorni, la carta igienica non è stata sostituita negli ultimi due giorni della nostra visita di 4 notti e 5 giorni.
L'hotel è un po' vecchio e necessita di ristrutturazione, la porta della doccia non si chiudeva, quindi il nostro bagno veniva allagato ogni giorno e con le pantofole da bagno la stanza era bagnata in alcune parti per la maggior parte del tempo.
L'arredamento della sala colazione era molto carino ma come vegetariani / vegani non era eccezionale per il cibo locale, e il personale non capiva cosa stavamo chiedendo, ma generalmente buono per una colazione in stile continentale.
Il personale era ben intenzionato e cordiale.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless—this is hospitality at its finest!
The room I stayed in was on the 10th floor, and the industrial-style interior design immediately stood out. Its modern, minimalist aesthetic with cool tones created a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere, making it the perfect escape during the hot summer. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the fresh scent made it even more inviting.
One of the standout features of this hotel is the included breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast, in particular, was sublime. It wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience that set the tone for the rest of my day. The variety, presentation, and quality were second to none. If you’re a breakfast lover, you’ll be in heaven here!
The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more ideal, especially for a first-time visitor like me. It’s a dream for convenience: the beach is right in front, street massage parlors are located just behind, and some of the best seafood spots (like Be Ni 2) are within walking distance. While Be Ni 2 requires a bit of a stroll, it’s worth every step for the phenomenal seafood.
If you’re planning to stay here, I’d highly recommend booking a room or suite above the 20th floor. While my 10th-floor room was fantastic, light traffic noise could occasionally be heard. Higher floors would likely offer an even more serene experience.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding service. Upon arrival, the reception team welcomed me warmly, seated me, and carefully explained all the terms and conditions. A special mention must go to Miss Hoa Pham, the Guest Relations Officer, who made my stay unforgettable. She personally escorted me to my room and impressed me with her professionalism and deep knowledge of the hotel. When I asked for recommendations on sightseeing, she went above and beyond, providing me with detailed suggestions that ensured my trip was fully planned and stress-free. Miss Pham’s dedication and kindness were simply exceptional.
My entire stay was nothing short of amazing. From the incredible staff to the ideal location, this hotel delivered a world-class experience in every way. I left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. If you’re planning a trip to Da Nang, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. It’s a true gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! 🌟

UUtente ospiteWe are extremely happy with the hotel. The hotel is new and stylish. A free upgrade to the beautiful beach front room was a present surprise when we checked in. The gym, swimming pool & spa are decent and well maintained. The buffet breakfast and rooftop bar are nice. Out of all, we really appreciated the services of the staffs. They were very helpful and spoke good English. We ended up booking one more night to stay during our trip. Two thumbs up for Radisson Red…highly recommended!

UUtente ospiteI’ve stayed in many hostels and hotels across Vietnam and around the world, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Let me start with the positives: the room was spacious, but unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends.
The cleanliness was highly questionable. The sheets were stained, and I couldn’t help but doubt if they’d been washed at all. As a solo traveler, I was given a twin room, which provided the option of using two beds. However, both beds were equally dirty, leaving me with no decent option.
The bathroom, while visually appealing, was let down by the subpar toiletries. The shampoo smelled like an overpowering, generic men’s product, more suited to a budget gym locker room than a guest accommodation. A neutral scent would have been far more appropriate. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room—a real inconvenience if you have long hair like mine. The provided slippers were oversized, clearly designed for men, adding another layer of frustration.
While I was glad to have a TV, it was nearly unusable. The YouTube app, which was a primary reason I booked the room, wouldn’t connect, and the TV itself was slow and difficult to operate. All in all, what should have been a relaxing stay was riddled with small but cumulative annoyances.
The worst part, however, was leaving the room and heading to the dining hall. Breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were overwhelmingly carb-heavy and catered mainly to Vietnamese tastes, with dishes like rice, noodles, and curry. For a hostel that presumably caters to international guests, it’s baffling that the breakfast options were so limited and unappealing to a Western palate. The dining hall was also overcrowded, with too many guests at once, including children playing on phones at full volume—a noisy and stressful way to start the day.
Service was inconsistent and, at times, awkward. On one occasion, a staff member greeted me with “Namaste,” assuming I was Indian, which left me taken aback. Some staff were better trained than others, but the overall experience was far from smooth. For instance, I ordered sunny-side-up eggs one morning, which were available, but the next day, I was told they weren’t offered and was given overly greasy fried eggs instead. This lack of consistency and the apparent lack of training among the staff were glaring issues.
The dining hall itself was uncomfortably hot, making meals even less enjoyable. Tissue was nowhere to be found, adding to the overall discomfort.
I chose this place partly because of its location, which is conveniently close to many bars, cafés, and the beach. However, it was also advertised as soundproof, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The constant noise from other guests, particularly children playing with the doorbells and loud voices at all hours, meant I never had a peaceful night’s sleep. Being woken up between 3 to 6 am became a daily occurrence, and it left me exhausted and frustrated.
In conclusion, this hostel was far from worth the premium price. The service, quality, and overall experience fell drastically short of expectations. Here I am, still in my room with blood stained sheets, on the verge of booking another place because I simply cannot stay here any longer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio non era grande e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna direzione al nostro hotel quando siamo arrivati al check-in principale e siamo andati in modo improvviso in pioggia passando diversi hotel finché non abbiamo finalmente trovato il nostro come non poteva trovare nessuno che lavorasse per chiedere. La stanza non era molto bella e le pareti sembravano sporche e in bisogno di una buona pulizia e ricolorazione. Le finestre erano scarse e c’era molle e vapore intorno all’interno della finestra. Anche in checkout ci è stato chiesto di aspettare alla reception per 10 minuti mentre hanno controllato la nostra stanza per assicurarsi che non abbiamo lasciato niente. Ma dopo 15 minuti non ci è venuto nessuno a consigliare di andare, anche se ci aspettavamo pazientemente davanti al receptionist. Così sono tornato alla coda per aspettare pazientemente fino a parlare di nuovo con lo stesso ricevitore che sembrava di avermi completamente dimenticato e mi ha chiesto di nuovo il numero della mia stanza, anche se ho appena rimesso la mia chiave a lei 20 minuti prima. Poi mi ha finalmente detto che potevo lasciare dopo aver chiesto se avessi restituito un ombrello alla ricezione che non avevo nemmeno usato in primo luogo! Ho dovuto lasciare rapidamente come avevo un taxi che mi aspettava nella zona principale di accoglienza, ma la mancanza di cure dei clienti e l’aspettare innocuamente intorno a controllare non era una buona esperienza considerando il costo elevato per il 2 notti soggiorno. Vorrei che la mia esperienza fosse stata migliore a Ba Na Hills, perché il posto è molto bello, ma la qualità dell'hotel e il servizio hanno davvero bisogno di attenzione e di un riassetto, perché ho soggiornato sinceramente in migliori 2 stelle.
Vorrei tornare a Ban Na Hills, ma mi occuperò di prenotazioni in un altro hotel la prossima volta.

NnitinHonestly, this hotel was very average. There was some mold in the pool, but other than that, there weren't any issues with cleanliness. The staff was efficient and polite, so there were no issues there. One thing I think is worth mentioning is that l found the hotel rooms quite small. Overall, the hotel was a nice and affordable stay.

La camera è stata chiamata una doppia superiore, ma ho visto più grandi scatole di corrispondenza. Molto piccola. Camera, letti e cuscini confortevoli. La TV ha 3-4 canali cinematografici inglesi (dopo che dovevo ri-tunerlo!). Amazing infinity pool on roof but to cold when we stayed so didn't get to use it. Staff offer to clean your room everyday (we stayed 3 days) and give you fresh water. Grande posizione, bar freddo sul lato opposto di Rd, con mini mart accanto a quella , anche lavanderia a buon mercato al lato opposto (lavanderia costosa dell'hotel). E al lato opposto il mini mart è Fly Burgers ......so gentile, veramente economico e carichi di opzioni vegetariane. Il buffet è un buon frutto, molte scelte. L'unica cosa che non ti dicono è se vuoi uova (scrambled, omelet), c'è un piccolo contatore che devi andare a chiedere, le uova scrambled dove sono le più snobiche che abbia mai avuto. Dovevo scappare metà di una piastra di uova snotty non cucinate su una piastra prima di mangiare. Omelette v piacevole. L'unica ragione che ho segnato è la doccia. La porta ha grandi buchi, quindi le piccole inondazioni di pavimento del bagno ogni volta. Anche l'acqua deve essere su un vecchio serbatoio di termostat, mentre il caldo scala dopo circa 2 minuti.

OOLGA35The place is near the sea .The breakfast is ok ,you have eggs ,some potatoes with meat,bread ,salad and pho .some porridge as well,juice and coffee.in the room you have some chips and cookies 🍪 that you should pay in case you eat it but there is no price in the room ,so be careful.i would stay there again for sure 👍 I recommend it.

Vvale92This hotel is lovely! In the outskirts of the city, but not too far away from it, it has a private beach with white sand and an awesome view. Their breakfast is rich and varied and their restaurant offers all-day dining service. They also offers tours to the nearby landmarks and attractions if needed. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to fully relax and enjoy a beach holiday.

VVelIt's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault.
In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us.
But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff ”Miss Suong” took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further.
Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff.
For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview.
During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home.
Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏

Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life.

Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that.
As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental.
About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk.
If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40.
Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one.
