Hotel a Da Nang, Hải Châu District

Novotel was the best spot to watch Danang International Fireworks Festival! We requested and paid additional 800000 VND for room with guaranteed fireworks view and it was worth every cent of it! We were blessed with an hour worth of fireworks display at such close, unblocked view and at the comfort of room’s balcony! It was such magical moments and experience! As we had a corner room, we also managed to watch sunset from the room too! Overall, hotel service was great, good breakfast spread, good gym and lovely infinity pool! Will stay again if we are back in Danang.

The location is convenient to Han market with 10-min-walk. Room environment is clean & showering pressure is enough. Her weakness is the small swimming pool. Othetwise it should be priority choice without hesiatation.

Location is ok, a taxi ride away from the beach if that’s what you are looking for. Lots of Korean food and spa in the area around it. The hotel was very clean and new. The pool was nice, the bar next to it was under renovation so couldn’t use that unfortunately. The room was nice and spacious, plenty of room for luggage and people. It was very clean too. They have a kettle and tea and coffee, but no mugs? When we asked for some it took over 30 minutes to arrive. The shower was also not great as it went between ice cold and boiling hot with no in between. We also had an issue where the door lock ran out of battery and maintenance had to come and let us into the room. This wasn’t a problem, happens often in modern hotels. But the staff were not helpful at all. The maid was there and we asked for her help. She said she called someone, but no one arrived until I called Reception again to ask someone to come. I also went to the reception to ask for help and was disappointed that the staff who helped me didn’t listen to what I explained and just kept telling me it was the key card that had returned to ‘default’ by accident. Even when I tried to explain my card still worked for the lift and that the maids master card didn’t work she didn’t listen and I felt she was very rude in trying to make an excuse. When we checked in we were also shamed for not being Marriot members, even though we are, and the lady seemed very shocked when I explained that Trip offered a much better price. Overall a lovely hotel, just doing expect good hospitality which is a shame from a Marriot hotel.

There’s nothing more to say — everything about this hotel matches its name and reputation. However, the swimming pool might not meet your expectations.

Great location! Walkable distance to Han market. Was not impressed with the check in and check out process, reception was a small stall-like counter, but blocked by a big island table. Love the view from the room, can see dragon bridge from our room on 17th floor. Beds were clean and comfortable, but toilet is a bit too cosy for my preference. Bedside table came with type C charging points which is a super plus! Overall had a comfortable stay. Will recommend to others coming to da nang.

La posizione è molto buona, ma l'insonorizzazione della stanza è pessima. Ogni sera, dalle 23:00 alle 2:00, nella stanza si sente la musica dei bar vicini, il che rende difficile addormentarsi, anche se sapevo che c'erano dei bambini con noi Io ho prenotato questa stanza, ho chiamato l'hotel e mi hanno detto che non potevano fare niente per organizzare il trasferimento della camera (non posso organizzare la seconda notte), non posso cancellare, posso sopportare solo due notti

Uno dei pochi hotel da cui non vorresti proprio andartene. Sembra non ci sia niente di speciale. Ma tutti i piccoli dettagli: la posizione su un'isola appartata e tranquilla (seppur in centro città), la vista su un tratto recintato del fiume e sulla ruota panoramica dell'Asia Park, la frescura e la pace, l'onsen con sauna, i sorrisi sinceri e piacevoli del personale e l'attenzione sincera... tutto questo ti fa sentire a casa. I taxi sono ovunque e ovunque - economici. Per questa città, una delle migliori opzioni.

E l'esperienza è stata inoltrabile Ci sono diversi meriti In primo luogo, l'hotel è convenientemente situato vicino al mercato Han , molti negozi di caffè e ristoranti.Sulla parte superiore del fiume Han è situato davanti all'hotel Secondo, il personale è davvero gentile!!Specialmente uno dei membri del personale mi ha aspettato il mio conducente e il mio bagaglio caricato sulla macchina per me Infine, l'hotel mi ha dato 2 sconti e 1 buoni gratis (bar di tetto, massaggio, minibar gratis pomeriggio) La prossima volta mi piacerebbe rimanere di nuovo in un hotel brillante

Prendere un taxi da un aeroporto di Porto per circa 15 minuti.E'un po'di distanza dalla città e dal mare, ma non m'importa perché posso arrivare in taxi in cinque o dieci minuti. Sono soddisfatto di tutti i tipi di colazione.Ci sono anche verdure, perché ci sono molti turisti coreani. La vista della stanza è anche buona.Soprattutto la vista notturna è buona.Penso che il rapporto di prezzo complessivo sia buono.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, it’s a good choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in Danang with a central location. A bit more privacy for the balcony area would be nice, but the experience was still enjoyable.
