Incomprensione sulla lista del mini bar che non è chiara. Per il resto ok. Vale il prezzo.

Ottimo posto dove stare. Posizione eccellente vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti. Piscina sul tetto, splendida vista. Le camere hanno un aspetto un po' datato ma chi rimane nella propria camera in vacanza? Il buffet non è il massimo ma ottieni quello per cui paghi 4! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui!

Il mio recente soggiorno al Fivitel Queen è stato una serie di sfortunati eventi che mi hanno lasciato piuttosto deluso. Sembrava che un disastro seguisse l'altro, creando nel complesso un'esperienza piuttosto frustrante. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, ho riscontrato diversi problemi che hanno influito in modo significativo sul mio soggiorno. Per cominciare, entrando nella mia stanza, ho scoperto che l'interruttore della luce non funzionava. Questo può sembrare un piccolo inconveniente. Questo problema avrebbe dovuto essere risolto prima del mio check-in, poiché è una necessità fondamentale per qualsiasi ospite. Inoltre, la presenza di pulci nel mio letto è stata una sorpresa allarmante e molto spiacevole. Ciò ha sollevato preoccupazioni sugli standard generali di pulizia e manutenzione dell'hotel. Trovare parassiti in uno spazio apparentemente confortevole non è qualcosa che nessun ospite si aspetta o merita. Inoltre, ho riscontrato problemi con le prese di corrente nella mia stanza. Erano bloccati, rendendomi inizialmente impossibile caricare i miei dispositivi. Sebbene la manutenzione abbia risolto il problema mentre ero nella stanza, si è trattato di un inconveniente che avrebbe potuto essere evitato con un'adeguata ispezione e preparazione prima del mio arrivo. Nel tentativo di porre rimedio alla situazione, il personale dell'hotel si è offerto di trasferirmi in un'altra stanza. Tuttavia, questa soluzione non ha fatto altro che aumentare la mia delusione. La nuova stanza aveva un condizionatore malfunzionante che emetteva un forte ronzio e trasportava un forte odore di spray per insetti. Ho segnalato anche le pulci in questo letto. Era lontano dall'ambiente confortevole e piacevole che avevo sperato. Dopo un altro cambio di stanza, mi sono finalmente ritrovato in una stanza dove il condizionatore funzionava correttamente. Tuttavia, sono stati necessari dei lavori di manutenzione per sistemarlo prima che mi trasferissi, causando ancora un altro inconveniente e un ritardo nell'sistemarmi nel mio alloggio. Per finire, l'addetto alla reception mi ha inspiegabilmente svegliato dal sonno alle 21:25 per informarmi sulle mie esigenze di trasporto per l'aeroporto. Il problema avrebbe potuto essere risolto in qualsiasi altro momento, ad esempio durante il check-in o il check-out, o nelle prime ore della giornata. È stato un disturbo inutile che ha aggiunto ulteriore frustrazione alla mia esperienza già travagliata. Nonostante queste numerose delusioni e disagi, devo riconoscere alcuni aspetti positivi. L'ultima stanza in cui ho alloggiato era fresca e confortevole e mi ha dato un po' di sollievo dopo la tumultuosa serie di eventi. Il Wi-Fi funzionava bene, permettendomi di rimanere connesso, e la vicinanza dell'hotel alla spiaggia era sicuramente una caratteristica conveniente. Inoltre, ho apprezzato la presenza di un bel bar sul tetto, che offriva un'atmosfera piacevole per rilassarsi e godersi l'ambiente circostante. In conclusione, il mio soggiorno al Fivitel Queen è stato rovinato da una serie di sfortunati incidenti che hanno messo in ombra gli aspetti positivi dell'hotel. Sebbene l'ultima stanza avesse una connessione Wi-Fi affidabile e l'attraente bar sul tetto offrisse un po' di comfort, non sono riusciti a compensare i contrattempi e gli inconvenienti iniziali che si sono verificati. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda sul serio questi problemi, affrontandoli tempestivamente per garantire un'esperienza più piacevole ai futuri ospiti.

Excellent reception and breakfast service. Kind helpful staff. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels. In the hub of DaNang restaurants. 10 minute walk to beach. Comfortable bed.

Asked for room on higher floor, got given one on 10th floor with great views over the city. Room was called a superior double but I've seen bigger match boxes. Very small room. Bed, pillows & duvet comfy. TV has 3-4 English movie channels (after I had to re-tune it!). Amazing infinity pool on roof but to cold when we stayed so didn't get to use it. Staff offer to clean your room everyday (we stayed 3 days) and give you fresh water. Great location, cool bar on opposite side of Rd, with mini mart next to that , also cheap launderette opposite bar (Hotel laundry expensive). And opposite the mini mart is Fly Burgers......so so tasty, really cheap and loads of veggie options. All of this within 30secs walk of hotel. 2min walk to beach but again way to cold when we stayed (early Jan). Buffet breakfast is great , lots of choice. Only thing they don't tell you is if you want eggs (fried, scrambled, omelette) there is a little counter that you have to go to and specifically ask for. The fried eggs where the snottiest I ever. Had to scrape half a plate of uncooked snotty egg onto plate before eating. Omelette v nice though. The only reason I marked down amenities is the shower. Door has massive gaps so the small bathroom floor floods everytime. Also the water must be on some old style thermostat tank as the hot runs out after about 2minutes.

I really liked the stay here, the hotel was clean and the staffs were very helpful.

Location was great (is located at foreigner area, many western food nearby, near to beach, convenient store just nearby). Local food and coffee cafe is about 1.5km away. Many nice Vietnam coffee and local food stores there. Room is ok for us - comfortable. Staffs service was good - at late night they get me extra floor towel / at restaurant they served us with different breakfast eggs.

The hotel is really comfortable, the location is great just 5min from the beach and with nice restaurants nearby. Staff are kind and welcoming, they even did our check in 2 hours previously. Nice breakfast as well. I recommended it :)

Decent room size for a solo traveler. AC was strong, wifi was fast. Near the beach. Outside the hotel, plenty of F&B outlets, massage centers

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sea Queen Hotel . Trang at reception was very friendly and so was all the staff. It was clean with a nice rooftop pool . Would recommend
