From the moment we checked in, the staff at Mercure Hotel were super accommodating and genuinely friendly—big shoutout to everyone from the front desk all the way up to the crew in the Hills! The views? Absolutely breathtaking. And the attractions? Totally worth it. If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, great service, and unbeatable scenery, Mercure Hotel is definitely the place to stay!

We stayed 2 night here at Hotel de Paris with spectacular view of French village. The hotel also decorated our room with honeymoon theme and gave us a honeymoon cake. The weather is nice and so far we enjoy staying at this hotel.

Located in bana hills, the room is quite old since they are preserving the french village feels. It has no aircondition but the weather in ba na hills is very cold. Breakfast is good. Overall stay; i will definitely go back here. Since its the only hotel in bana hills 😂

Thats was really good place. We enjoyed our trip a lot. Hotel is nice. Clean and cosy. You feel yourself like an medieval time. Good breakfast. But check out is little bit too early 10.30. Also there is nice swimming pool.

The staff’s management was very poor. Starting from the check-in area on the 2nd floor — there was no queue system, many guests were waiting, but there was only one staff member checking people in. When we went upstairs, no one guided us to the hotel. We stood waiting for over 10 minutes. At the check-in point, the staff took us to a room in another building — right next to rooms that were under renovation. The smell of paint was so strong and irritating that it was impossible to sleep. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in the room, but no one answered. Eventually, we had to contact them via WhatsApp. They told us to wait a moment, but after that, there was no update. We ended up having to go downstairs ourselves. There was no receptionist in that building, so we had to walk to another one. We had to insist on being moved to a different room. It was very inconvenient. Another issue — they lied to customers. They tried to get us to book the hotel’s dinner buffet by telling us that all the restaurants upstairs would close at 6 p.m. We specifically asked, “Even the noodle shop at the front — does that also close at 6?” The staff said, “Yes, all of them.” But when we walked to ask the shop directly, they said they closed at 8 p.m. And sure enough, in the evening we saw many restaurants still open until 8. We really don’t understand why they had to lie to customers like that. On top of that, one of the staff downstairs took our phone and gave a 5-star review on Google Maps without our permission.

I stayed here twice. A lot of people here but the hotel can fix all the problems on time. I only hate for the long queue to buy cable cars but the hotel is good. Please stay away from lyon building because it's near the beer plaza. So loud.

The service was very good from the moment we arrived at the hotel. When we got out of the cable car, there was already a staff waiting for us, helping us with our luggage and leading the way to the reception. When we got the room, the staff also led us to the room. The room was very clean and the room size was not small, just right.

Very good buffet breakfast. Nice to have coffee from the machine, not the ready made kind. Thanks for the upgrade. Guests staying here have 30% discount for return cable car ticket. Guests also enjoy the priority way when going up the cable car so you don’t have to queue up with many day trippers. Room is clean and quiet. Good hot shower. Warm swimming pool is a great place to swim at night.

The most outstanding is the location. It is the only one hotel on Ba na hills so if you need to experience the night scene there and enjoy the golden bridge in the morning. It is very recommened. You can go up with "Mercure station cable bar" with has a stunning scenery and not too crowed. The staff will help to carry the lugguege from the downsite to cable car and from the upsite cable car to the hotel reception. So if you pay for this price , don't miss this benefit! Hotel decoration is stunning with the French style .. of course it is on Ba na hills. ! The rest is ...under standard of the 5 stars hotel. It is a very plain room comes with standard equipments. Nothing is impressive. It is clean but not sparking clean. Breakfast is excellent with its taste. Personally if it is not the only one hotel in Banahills, I would not consider to stay with this price.

Great Stay! Amazing location with cool weather even in summer. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun—perfect for a getaway! Ideal for families and groups of friends. Highly recommend!

All facilities is very good. The weather and view are awesome. There’re lots of activities you can do here. But some restaurants are closed very early, 5PM. There’s few options of restaurants you choose for dinner. However, everything is good and recommend to stay here for 1 night if you come to Banahill. Have a good memory and experience here with my family.❤️❤️❤️

The price doesn’t worth the stay. Doesn’t recommend to stay over bana hills
