Un hotel davvero carino e pulito. Il personale è sempre gentile e molto, molto disponibile. La colazione a buffet necessita di molti miglioramenti. Il gusto è buono, ma estremamente noioso. L'hotel è un po' isolato. Moto o bicicletta sono un vantaggio. I prezzi dei mototaxi sono molto moderati. Dall'hotel al mercato di Kingkong ca. 1,00 euro (al 31 dicembre 2024). Lo prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo. Mille grazie a Gấu e a tutto il resto dello staff.

A comfortable, cozy, friendly place with good service. Suitable for people who want to relax, quiet. I miss my morning coffee. I booked 2 rooms and stayed for 8 days. Good luck.

Everything about this hotel was bad! The location... I ordered a taxi to the hotel, but neither I nor the driver could find it using the map or GPS, and the phone number provided for contacting the hotel didn’t answer. We found the hotel with great difficulty, and the administrator couldn’t find my reservation, claiming it wasn’t in the system, which meant there was no room for me. I spent over an hour searching for the booking confirmation in my email because the Wi-Fi connection, even in the hotel lobby, was weak, and I had to use mobile data. The scooter rental was more expensive than in other parts of the island, and the scooter was delivered with an empty tank, without any fuel. The breakfasts were tasteless and overcrowded—too few tables and too many guests. I didn’t eat there once during my week-long stay. The room wasn’t cleaned, despite my persistent requests, the towels weren’t changed, and there was no toilet paper in the room. The location near the airport meant constant noise from planes taking off and landing. The pool water was murky, and I had no desire to swim in it. The nearest beach was several kilometers away, as were the restaurants and cafes. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for a vacation.

It was very clean and the staff were so nice! It’s a few minutes drive from the main *****. Ps they take cleaning very seriously I feel like as soon as I left my room they went straight to cleaning haha. Had a wonderful time here 💖

Very nice hotel. super clean, fast wifi Location is not the best if you dont have bike. Pretty far to the beach if to go by foot

Friendly for childrens, including children pool was under family’s control. Grab 7 seaters chioice cost had an around 40-60k dong to King kong market.

The staff was very nice . Hotel location is a bit inconvenient if you don’t hire a car or rent a bike. But overall it’s ok
