I want to stipulate right away that in essence this review will be more on the neighboring hotel, Grand Cordial. At this hotel I booked a 50 sqm apartment with a good view. Upon arrival was told that I was getting a room upgrade at the neighboring hotel. With some distrust I went there. In Vietnam I'm used to often being given a worse room than I booked. However, it turned out to be fine. Although the new room was noticeably smaller, 30 square meters, but it was also with a kitchenette, and was located on the last 20th floor with fabulous views and was in excellent condition. Two floors above on the rooftop is a lovely pool, and surprisingly uncrowded. Breakfast at the hotel is ok for Asia. A bit monotonous, but you won't go hungry. My stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. However, the hotel management should pay attention to the cleaning of the lobby near the rooms, the carpeting is dirty and should be vacuumed once a day.

need more improvement specially in the restaurant

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms) as a group of 6 on the 10th floor. Rooms were spacious and well equipped (had a kitchenette with blender, fridge, and microwave) and were kept very clean and tidy throughout the stay by housekeeping. Hotel is situated close to My Khe Beach (about 10 min walk or 2-3 min bike ride), which was not crowded and very clean and good for swimming. Many places, good restaurants, and nightlife were also within 10-15 mins' ride away. Staff were generally nice and eager to help, especially when recommending places to visit, or helping to arrange for motorbike rentals. Some things to note: - Parking, rooftop pool, and breakfast, are all at the sister property (Cordial Grand) diagonally opposite the hotel. Might be inconvenient for some but we had no issue with this. - The bath tub/shower combi had no curtain, so it was a bit of a challenge to take a shower in it without wetting the whole toilet. Overall, pleasant stay, value for money! Would recommend.

這家酒店的服務員 大大咧咧 不過服務態度還可以。設施一般 不是最近新開的店，離海邊1公里多點的路程 不過要小心收費物品哦，也需多留意消費細節。

마음에 들었어요. 창문이 크고 분이기 너무 아름다웠어요. 수영장 못 들어갔어요. Нисэх онгоцны буудал далайтайгаа ойрхон. Том цонхтой болхоор орчин маш сайн харагдаж байсан.

그냥 그랬어여 싼게 비지떡이 역시 맞네유 ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 위치가 좀 별로에요 조식도 그렇고 그냥 밖에서 사드세요 제입에는별로

早餐一般般

**DO NOT STAY HERE!!** This is by far the worst accomodation experience I’ve ever had. And I seriously have had some dodgy experiences before but this one takes the cake. First of all they never showed up to pick us up at the airport even though I called them three times to confirm and sent an email. Then we got to our room and it looks nothing like the photos. It’s dirty there’s bugs everywhere. It looks like it’s falling apart. Also the “mountain view” was just the hotel opposite. And there even looks there was a camera or something under the tv (the tv didn’t work) which freaked us out. Second there is no bar, no restaurant not even the spa even though they advertise everywhere that there is. There is breakfast offered at the hotel over the road and it is lamentable at best. Makes you want to cry. The restaurant smelt of urine and there were only 2 possibly vegetarian options but I’m not even sure. Then finally when we check out they made us pay for water even though there is two bottles still in the fridge. They made us go upstairs to show. We tried to fight it but the reception lady said she’d have to pay if we don’t. Plus it looked like the bed was just getting made not even changed. I seriously don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. I’ve seen a lot about the staff. The staff were okay but not helpful at all. I don’t blame them for our terrible experience but they definitely could have helped to rectify the situation by giving us some money back or NOT charging us for a bottle of water that was STILL IN THE FRIDGE! Overall a terrible terrible start to our trip in Vietnam. Save yourself the money and disappointment and do not stay here.

Nice hotel with an infinity roof top pool. Room was clean and the wifi worked . Top value for money if you are on a budget. I didn’t have breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. It’s a bit away from The town centre but has plenty of eating facilities around for a few nights

The hotel is claimed to be 4 stars but far from reality. Do not waste your time and money. Look for somewhere else that much worth it in Danang. Beautiful city to explore and so many great hotels. This hotel is like motel style service, the receptionis Joey is very rude and has no customer service skills. Management need to consider i re train him or their business will be affected badly because of him. The bed sheet was never replaced in our 4 days stay. The room however was cleaned without changing the sheet. The breakfast is very basic. (Fried rice, congee, white toast, fruits, salad, eggs station, coffee n tea. Nothing more. For the price you paid its okay but do not claimed to be 4 stars.. its deceiving.
