I recently stayed at the Olalani Hotel and had a ok experience overall. The location is good, and the amenities are ok. However, there are a few areas for improvement that would elevate the experience even further. Firstly, the in-room slippers provided were not new, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great to see fresh, unused slippers for guests. Additionally, I believe that providing pots and pans for cooking, along with proper cooking utensils, cutlery, and plates, would enhance the self-catering experience for condo hotel experience. I also noticed that the in-room menu was not readily available, which could be improved for convenience. A rice cooker in the room would be an excellent addition for guests who prefer to prepare their meals. Bathtub master bedroom must have a privacy, not see through glass. Ceiling maintenance access is open The tiki bar, while a lovely concept, felt empty and could benefit from a more vibrant atmosphere. Kids pool is dirty. Souvenir shop, way over priced. Furthermore, I would suggest rotating the buffet items more frequently to keep the offerings fresh and exciting. On a minor note, I found that the staff at the egg station were not as friendly as I had hoped, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend Olalani Hotel for its beautiful setting. With a few adjustments, it could easily become a five-star destination!

We arrived at night time and the place looked like a ghost town. You’d think for a tourist destination and a resort with a few hundred rooms that there would be people there, but it felt like we were the only guests. Breakfast time also felt the same, where a room that could seat 500+ had 10 people in it. I give it to them though, they put on a hell of a breakfast. The housekeeping team, whilst friendly, speak no English and in the 7 nights we were there, cleaned the bathroom once and never looked in the shower. Our soaps were all empty and they left no toilet paper multiple times. For a “5” star facility, it definitely didn’t feel like one. We were ready to leave after the first night and find accomodation elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend, unless you are after a large bed to sleep in, a decent breakfast and then head out for the whole day. The resort could be one of the premier resorts in DaNang if they took some pride and maintenance around the place. I’m sure there will be a reason, but for the east wing too also be abandoned/run down and not in use made the place feel like an apocalypse had hit it.

No! Just no! Room was filthy with mould in the bathroom and the slippers they provide are reused beach flip flops. ( incredibly unhygienic!) The toilets in the lobby were filthy. I have no clue how this place is 5 star. They don’t provide a safe in the room or robes and only have one staff member on duty at night.

넓은 방과 여유로운 호텔 객실 아주 만족했습니다. 조식도 여러가지로 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 수영장에서 여유롭게 개인풀장처럼 놀수 있어서 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 또 가고 싶어요 ~~~

수영장이 마음에 들었어요 크고 넓고 중간중간 썬베드 화장실도 있습니다 조식도 맛있고 종류가 다양해서 좋았어요 한국사람들 입맛에도 무난했어요 방도 넓고 화장실 안에 욕조도 있어서 아이들 씻기기도 괜찮았어요 요청사항들도 바로바로 들어주었어요 침구나 시설이 조금 노후돼고 미케비치 앞 음식점이나 번화가에선 살짝 떨어져있어서 아쉬웠던 점은 있습니다 그래도 전반적으로 좋았습니다

예전에 지어진호텔이라 굉장히 넓고 고급스러운 느낌입니다. 조식도 아주만족합니다.. 추워서 수영은 못했는데 다음엔 맑은날엔 수영을하고싶습니다~

這是一間非常棒的房間，空間也很大，還有3間臥室，陽台視野也很棒，真的覺得花錢值得，泳池也好玩，後面還可以直通沙灘，非常有渡假的感覺，唯一缺點是廚房只有擺設功能，沒有洗碗精可以洗油膩的杯子盤子，很可惜，這次是慶生之旅，飯店還特別準備了一個小蛋糕，很好吃，很貼心。房間在5樓比較裡面的方向，要走到電梯有點距離（只開放一台電梯），建議能多增加電梯的使用，才不會造成不便，因為每次要下樓時，都要等好久，且竟然連等3次都不停5樓，真是有點納悶。健身房設施有點過少，可能是沒什麼人使用就沒特意注重吧！整間飯店很大，維修應該也不易，加上沙灘附近太多競爭，所以看的出來有非常多的房間及設施都沒有使用，很是可惜，祝飯店生意可以一直興隆。

가성비 최고입니다. 저희 4가족 숙박하기에 좋습니다. 시설은 노후되었지만 나머지는 모두 좋습니다. 일하시는 분들도 친절하시고 수영장도 3곳에 바다랑 바로 연결되어 좋습니다.
