酒店古色古香，可惜我起床晚了沒吃到酒店的早餐，服務員不錯，我住在二樓。海拔有點高，化粧品瓶子鼓鼓的！

酒店很大，各種房間能滿足各種需求和選擇，環境非常的温馨，服務非常好。公共空間非常的漂亮，早飯也非常棒。

這家酒店不能提前入住，這點不如我住的另外一家他們會讓我提前入住，這家位置在市中心，不過我覺得一般吧這個價格，房間很差的

酒店離廣場非常近，出行購物都很方便，酒店比較老，有些設施比較陳舊，但與此價格來説，也衹能這樣了

Hotel on the center of town close to the bars and disco area. Walking distance to all the tourist sites of old town Cusco. Stayed 2 nights with friends. Both rooms were ok but the noise from outside could be heard all night. Breakfast was ok nothing to say about it. What could be improved is the details and cleanliness. Service was nice.

Hotel is in a perfect location, near to main square and shops, well-maintained, clean rooms, rooms with the correct space, the lobby is a beautiful place where one can admire the colonial balconies, with a coca maté available at all times during day and night, and breakfast was great. No problems with anything, definitely i will choose again. Also really helpful and friendly staff, special mention to Juan Pablo for his help during our stay.

Great place to stay for a few days. Trustworthy. Clean. Excellent room service. Front desk staff are great and speak pretty good English. I found Johana and the rest of them very kind and helpful to travelers.

It's a standard hotel, but in fantastic location, good breakfast, hot shower and perfectly comfortable. It has great character throughout set within an old building with great courtyards. For the budget I couldn't have asked for more

Hotel was great in terms of services and location, but it is a budget hotel with limited breakfast and expect an basic room. Ours had some smelly plumbing. But again, the services were great and staff was very friendly. Great hotel if you’re on a budget.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado y con todos los servicios adecuadamente, las camas son bastante cómodas. El desayuno es rico y abundante tipo bufet. El personal trata muy bien, en especial a la recepcionista Liz Kharol, quien nos trató con mucha amabilidad y nos ayudó en un problema con una excursión. Gracias desde España! Totalmente recomendable.

El Hotel ha sido la mejor experiencia en el que nos hemos hospedado. La atención única, nos recepciono Liz super gentil, el servicio de desayuno muy completo y delicioso, las habitaciones hermosas, y tienen te de coca las 24 hrs. para evitar el soroche. Definitivamente recomendamos este hotel un 110%.

Un Hotel con una buena ubicacion 5 minutos caminando hacia la plaza, desde que uno ingresa al Hotel la atención es muy buena destacar la atención de Liz y de todo el personal son muy atentos en todo, las habitaciones son comodas, excelente 100% top.
