The location is near the central town and the train station, so you can get to anywhere easily.

Great location close to the historic centre, local market, supermarket and restaurants. The initial welcome and intro was great by Carmen. After that her colleague was not as warm and friendly as her. The room was very small and the bathroom was tiny and hard to move. The bathroom didn't have any hooks to hang towels or clothes. They forgot to clean the room one day despite requesting and they don't provide it but we're happy to sell you shampoo. They weren't able to accommodate a take away breakfast for an early morning tour despite having paid for breakfast. Overall felt it didn't represent value for what they were charging given the less than satisfactory experience.

Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy serviciales y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que uno oueda necesitar. La ubicacion esta cerca a tiendas y restaurantes y muy cerca caminando a la plaza principal de Cusco.

Muito aconchegante. Ambiente familiar. Excelente atendimento

寒い時期でしたが暖房もなく　私の部屋のかぎはスムーズに開かず何回か下に出向きお願いして不自由でした。 フロントにはいつも誰もいません。 何人かの方も同時に紹介しましたが　シャワーのお湯も出ない方もいらっしゃたようで気の毒でした。 夜は入り口の電気が付いてなく初日タクシーの方も場所がわからず違う場所で降ろされてしまいました。

我可以向你們保証，這是一間值得入住的酒店。店主夫婦非常好人，有問題要解決時，他們會用心幫忙，我們的機票出了問題，他們花了三小時幫我們去解決，這是我們的親身經歷。極力推薦！👍👍👍👍👍

２泊したけど、シャワー室のカーテンを何度頼んでもつけてもらえませんでした。おかげで、滑って転んで腰と頭を強打しました。 今となっては忘れられない思い出です。

位置就在武器廣場附近，去哪都很方便。房間很乾凈。一樓也是旅行社，這裏超級感謝老闆娘的幫助。為了馬丘比丘而來，網上沒買到票。下午五點半到店，老闆娘幫我訂了凌晨三點半出發，大巴➕火車的行程，並囑咐我一下火車就跑着去熱水鎮遊客中心，因為那班火車大部分人都是來排隊買票的，晚一分鐘都多等幾十個人。如願買到第二天早上八點的經典二號線，後面又在老闆家訂了兩個一日遊，還有晚上去普諾的大巴。

酒店设施虽然一般。但服务周到，老板娘极为耐心安排去马丘比丘旅游及库斯科一日游。非常贊赏她的英语沟通能力。点贊！
