On a solo travel to Peru! In a super convenient location! The room was amazing for its quality and super spacious.

Benjamin at the front desk was a gem! Very proactive, friendly and caring. Amazing new hotel, great value for money and amazing location!

All good but noisy, need ear plugs

Muy buena ubicación. Las instalaciones muy pequeñas, el baño se inunda cada vez que se usa la ducha y el buffet es demasiado pobre

В целом отель неплохой для Куско, маленькая комнатка, маленькое окошко, очень маленький санузел, не обогревается, нет питьевой воды, тапочек, но ставлю 5 за чистоту, за расположение, и за то, что отель новый. Когда мы там жили, стоимость составляла 90$ за ночь без завтрака. Для такой стоимости нормально. Но когда мы уехали на 2 дня и вернулись обратно, стоимость составляла уже 180$ за ночь, что для данного отеля просто невообразимо. Прожив неделю в Куско, стало понятно, что цена и качество не только для данного отеля но и для других большая проблема! Цены ставят высокие, а сервиса предоставляют минимум!

很差，新裝修的，一股甲醛味，前台就一個服務員，拿行李和check in都是用一個，沒有人開門，或者任何服務，床很小，很差…………..！差！

位置很不錯，但是房間較小，房間內沒有提供飲用水，沒有準備抽紙，房間面向街道的一方無法開窗。浴室要是乾濕分離更好了。早餐有些簡單了。

無空調半夜急冷，隔音差，半夜莫名其妙火警警報，無24h熱水

The staff is excellent, and the bed is comfortable. However, the rooms lack proper sound insulation. The walls are thin, and the surrounding streets are extremely noisy. On the first night, we couldn’t sleep at all. After raising the issue, we were moved to a room facing an internal patio, which was a significant improvement. However, the walls remained thin, allowing us to hear conversations, alarm clocks from neighboring rooms, and people passing by.

Very conveniently located, closer to a lot of restaurants and shops.This is the only advantage of this hotel. Rooms are small with a closed and cramped feeling. There is no proper ventilation in the room as well as in the bathroom. No air conditioning or fans. Also, the rooms with windows facing the streets are ‘super’ noisy. We could constantly hear cars and buses honking all through the night. No sound proofing at all and couldn’t sleep a bit in the night. The rooms with windows interior corridor are pretty quiet, but the drawback was we couldn’t open them for some ventilation due to safety and privacy concerns. The in house restaurant didn’t have much food options. Will not recommend this hotel at all. Worst stay.

Beautiful hotel, strategically located near Plaza de Armas (public square) and lots of shopping. Jimena and Marco are outstanding hosts who greeted us when we arrived and were very helpful during our visit. As non-Spanish speakers, my wife and I really appreciated their perfect English. We will miss the intimacy of Cusco, the street vendors, and the beautiful city.

Fairly new hotel. I booked a $200/night room and checked in early. Think I must have been downgraded for the early check in as the room has enough space for a bed not very comfortable and mattress is lumpy. Door opens up and you can see the people can see you laying in bed. Rooms have zero view of anything as the windows are wood shutters that let everyone look at you laying in bed as there are no curtains. Luggage and a small passageway to the closet. Left the room to go walk and have lunch and came back and room was unlocked but door was closed and room made up. The breakfast is lacking and just a tiny room with cereal and yogurt, 3 warmer trays with potatoes eggs and goulash., 2 containers of juice and coffee and hot water for tea and maybe 6 small tables. The room was super cold and the shower doesn’t have consistent hot water, it gets scalding hot then cold. It is a convenient location for those with mobility issues as it is close to the hustle and bustle.

Wonderful hotel. Welcoming knowledgeable staff. Perfect, perfect perfect location. The staff from start to finish were first class. Kind, patient and truly concerned with their guests. Jimina, Marco, Andrea all went about and beyond in their dedication to service. Plus the hotel itself is tasteful and well-appointed. Did i mention perfect location? The hotel is easily walkable to Cusco's main square, restaurant after restaurant and many interesting and varied neighborhoods.
