Nice new hotel located in the center of gading serpong Swimming pool is not too big Room is nice with carpet flooring but the traffic at night is a bit disturbing if u prefer a quiet environment All is great for my stay with family in there

Beautiful design, clean and comfortable room, great service. I would definitely stay again. I really liked the overall design of the hotel, feeling modern and very well kept. Location is also great if you appreciate shopping and eating options nearby. The view of the city is nice too. Great staff. I had several special requests during my stay and the staff was always very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Good selection of both, Indonesian and western breakfast. Overall, very positive experience

Really enjoyed our stay there! The interior is new, artistically designed and clean. The bed was very comfortable too and we had good sleep for the three nights there. The breakfast selection was good! Would highly recommend!

Very nice stay, like the place

I had a pleasant stay at the Gading Serpong Hotel. The room was not very spacious, but it was clean and comfortable. There is no bathrobe by default, maybe have to request for it, but it had a scale and a hairdryer. I liked that I could request drinking water anytime. The hotel also had a gym and a spa. The parking was free, but have to bring an emoney card before checking in. The service was friendly and helpful. cons: waiting for the lift is slow.

Small room . Swimming pool is good . But breakfast is not nice ..
