Hotel in zona RISEgallery, Croydon

Il servizio era fantastico e il cibo era grande e delizioso. Bello personale e un bel ambiente per passare il tempo. Certo che vi prenoterò di nuovo.

Stavo qui per due notti, mentre a Londra per la coronazione del Re. In passato viveva nella zona e non sapeva nemmeno che l'hotel esisteva! È così facile arrivare su autobus a East Croydon se non c'è auto. Parcheggio gratuito anche. L'hotel ha un tema estremo e è popolare per i matrimoni e in realtà c'era uno che si svolgeva quando siamo arrivati e i loro vestiti erano bellissimi. La nostra camera doppia era spaziosa e ben decorata, e avevamo un bagno molto pulito con doccia e bagni gratuiti. Il colazione era incluso nel prezzo che era nella sala da pranzo, non in una scatola come alcuni hanno detto! C'erano cereali e colazione cucinata, croissant, succo e frutta. Più di abbastanza! Il personale era molto amichevole e attento. Sicuramente rimarrà lì quando torna a Londra

We had an issue on arrival with the loft. It working meaning a room wasn’t available for six hours. With a wheelchair customer this was difficult. I had to book my own alternative for the first night. Whilst I wasn’t pleased with initial customer service, that leading to considerable stress in relocating, I spoke with the general manager the day after who agreed that the hotels process to find alternatives for guests was inadequate and that by simply developing a process and empowering his staff to book alternatives at no extra cost would be investigated and implemented. Loft failures are rare but it was highlighted that staff in duty had no means to book such at present. He had agreed there will be a review and in the event of a repeat incident (and lift failures are rare) customers would not be simply left to to find a useable room themselves, but staff would be empowered to to this on their behalf. It’s always worth having discussions with establishments when things go wrong. Whilst I’m not out of pocket and refund for the unusable room was promptly given he agreed it should not be for guests to need to do this themselves. As for the remainder of my stay, things went well for the second and third nights. This is beautiful location and whilst the hotel isn’t the most modern and is not air conditioned there are some great Rooms. I raised in a previous review why it is that only filtered coffee in flasks in provided for with breakfast, they charge £3.25 for a latte form a machine which could just as easily be placed in the public area and operated as self service. The flask coffee is really not to my taste and doesn’t start the morning well. It also appeared to be a cause of conflict and or disappointment from customers to staff as well! I have NEVER stated in a hotel and been charged extra for machine made Coffee, and I’m sure your staff don’t really appreciate the level of surprise and indignation I witnessed on this and previous visits on being told it’s an extra and more than we customers do being charged.

Ci vuole circa un'ora e mezza per prendere la metropolitana due volte nella città di Londra, e prendere un Uber per 1 ora durante il giorno e 45 minuti di notte. La biancheria da letto nella stanza non è stata cambiata, ma la stanza è nuovissima e ha tutto il necessario per cucinare in modo da poter cucinare i propri pasti.

L'hotel è ben collegato, a 100 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria che collega al centro, le persone dell'hotel sono state molto attente e ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in 2 ore prima del previsto. Senza dubbio sceglierei di nuovo questo posto perché rispetto alla qualità prezzo ne vale la pena.

Il nostro normale hotel IHG è stato quasi interamente prenotato, quindi il prezzo è stato proibitivo, quindi abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provare per la prima volta l'Hotel Sutton. L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture, compresa la piscina, e anche se non abbiamo usato nessuna, eccetto il ristorante, tutto sembrava eccellente. La stanza standard della regina era ok, ma ci sono stati alcuni marchi e tinture sul tappeto, tazze di plastica nel bagno, nessuna scatola di tessuti e poche socche da inserire. È vero, tuttavia, che questo hotel ha un ristorante molto buono in vista che Epsom non fa, quindi non c'è dubbio che rimarremo qui in futuro.

Adorava assolutamente la posizione e si ritroverà. Il servizio e l'attenzione ai dettagli della squadra di ricezione sono soprattutto 10/10. Alcune aree dell'hotel hanno bisogno di riqualificazione - anche se solo un lick di pittura per ora, perché non sono in linea con il resto dell'hotel. La stanza era piccola, ma pratica, e purtroppo non aveva la migliore vista, ma non è un problema. Mi sentivo confortevole e sicuro durante il mio soggiorno. Aveva un problema minore con l'unità con con, che è molto datato e non corrispondeva all'estetica di una stanza moderna e rigenerata che sembra molto attraente. In generale, sarebbe molto felice di visitare di nuovo, soprattutto durante l'estate, e di provare il menu del loro pranzo.

Beautiful hotel located in centre of Bromley. Easy access via remote key 🔑 to both hotel and room! Lovely touch with GHD hairdryer and straightener! Only downside is the parking is a walk away in a public carpark .. late night returning to hotel solo would be a concern! Fabulous restaurant/bar attached is Dorothy and Waller unfortunately breakfast not available Monday/Tuesday
