Le cose che mi piacevano: - L'hotel era molto comodo - Molto amichevole e accogliente personale - Molto vicino all'aeroporto che lo rendeva molto conveniente. - La stanza si sentiva molto comoda -Prezzo migliore di altri hotel nella zona Cose che non mi piacevano: - L'hotel è un po' vecchio. - Non offre niente di più che le esigenze comuni. - Il telefono non aveva cavo, quindi non potevo chiamare la ricezione. - Il caldaio per il riscaldamento d’acqua era un po’ sporco e russo.

L'attenzione di questo hotel è stata prestata al personale, alla Faiza e alla squadra di accoglienza, che erano sempre molto attenti, attenti, carini e pronti ad aiutare. Il personale del colazione non ricordo nessun nome, ma uno dei ragazzi era un bicchiere, lui e l'intera squadra erano davvero carini e sorridenti e disposti a assicurarmi che io fossi comodo e avevo tutto quello che mi serviva. Agnes dalla pulizia era sempre molto dolce e così duro per assicurarsi che la stanza fosse perfetta e super pulita. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel stesso, va bene. I mattoni nel ro hanno dato un aspetto molto vecchio, ma dipende dal gusto che immagino. Il problema più grande per me è stato il fatto che non c'era nessuno sportello.

Il servizio di trasporto dell'hotel è anche molto perfetto. Sono uno o due degli hotel che vivo nel Regno Unito.La prossima volta resterò di nuovo e lo presenterò anche agli amici.

We are regular Premier Inn customers, so we know what to expect and we always generally happy with our stays. First of all, there was plenty of parking available and it’s free if you’re staying at the hotel. We had a first floor room - there is no lift, so if you have mobility issues always best to request a ground floor room. The room itself was pretty clean as we would expect to the usual PI standard, however my partner noticed a gooey mark on the tiles above the sink in the bathroom which had been missed. The soap and shower gel bottles were half empty, and the shower gel one was just full of leaked-in water. We were also only given one tea bag and one pot of milk, no coffee or sugar. Luckily we could just go downstairs and help ourselves, but really we should have been given more to start with. One of the lamps had a blown bulb, so had to have the bright lights on most of the time. No USB ports by the bed. We both couldn’t get any phone signal at the hotel whatsoever (we are on Vodafone). And the wifi was permanently down for maintenance and didn’t work at all! Rather disappointing. There is no on site restaurant at this hotel as such - we went to the Parsons Pig next door for dinner, which specialises in curries. There’s also a bar there. The food was very reasonable prices. However, they do not serve breakfast during the week, which is a let down. You can drive to Toby Carvery which is about 10 min drive away. All in all, a great night sleep, would have been great if the pub did breakfast for the hotel, the wifi connectivity needs sorting out.

Stavo qui in affari, mi ha tolto il respiro con tutta l'esperienza, dal momento che sono arrivato lì ho sentito apprezzato come un ospite, l'attenzione per i dettagli in ogni area di questo hotel è stato spettacolare! Tutto nuovo e pulito , personale benvenuto e ansioso per piacere La cena era deliziosa avevo il hamburger hangry altamente raccomandato La stanza era elegante e pulita con una TV massiccia doccia era caldo e soprattutto il letto era comodo io altamente raccomandato questo hotel e la definitamente tornando Grazie Simon e la squadra Gina
