meraviglioso/spettacolare Dopo un volo di 10 ore era proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Vicino all'aeroporto. Non c'è niente nei dintorni ma il servizio alberghiero offre tutto ciò di cui abbiamo bisogno. Compresa la facilità di acquisto dell'adattatore per spina nella macchina self-service. Personale perfetto, attento, cordiale e simpatico. Alla reception un'acqua super fredda aromatizzata perfetta. Pasto meraviglioso. La camera grande e confortevole, il bagno spazioso, la doccia meravigliosa. Biancheria da letto e bagno perfetti. Tutto perfetto. Un grazie particolare a Sofia che, per aver parlato la nostra lingua e con la sua cordialità, ha reso il nostro servizio ancora più perfetto. Le congratulazioni sono tutte. Altamente raccomandato.

L'hotel prenotato in temporaneo è molto più bello di quanto immaginato. Le strutture sono molto pulite e igienico-sanitarie. L'ambiente è anche molto tranquillo. Il servizio di trasporto dell'hotel è anche molto perfetto. Sono uno o due degli hotel che vivo nel Regno Unito.La prossima volta resterò di nuovo e lo presenterò anche agli amici.

Hotel situato vicino al terminale south dell'aeroporto di Gatwick, struttura molto carina e accogliente, ma difficile da raggiungere a piedi. Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera e aree comuni pulite.

Ottimo soggiorno, molto consigliato. Ospiti molto accoglienti. No 3 autobus dal terminale del Gatwick South si ferma letteralmente fuori dalla proprietà. Prezzo è £ 2/person. Grande alternativa al soggiorno nelle immediate vicinanze dell'aeroporto.

We are regular Premier Inn customers, so we know what to expect and we always generally happy with our stays. First of all, there was plenty of parking available and it’s free if you’re staying at the hotel. We had a first floor room - there is no lift, so if you have mobility issues always best to request a ground floor room. The room itself was pretty clean as we would expect to the usual PI standard, however my partner noticed a gooey mark on the tiles above the sink in the bathroom which had been missed. The soap and shower gel bottles were half empty, and the shower gel one was just full of leaked-in water. We were also only given one tea bag and one pot of milk, no coffee or sugar. Luckily we could just go downstairs and help ourselves, but really we should have been given more to start with. One of the lamps had a blown bulb, so had to have the bright lights on most of the time. No USB ports by the bed. We both couldn’t get any phone signal at the hotel whatsoever (we are on Vodafone). And the wifi was permanently down for maintenance and didn’t work at all! Rather disappointing. There is no on site restaurant at this hotel as such - we went to the Parsons Pig next door for dinner, which specialises in curries. There’s also a bar there. The food was very reasonable prices. However, they do not serve breakfast during the week, which is a let down. You can drive to Toby Carvery which is about 10 min drive away. All in all, a great night sleep, would have been great if the pub did breakfast for the hotel, the wifi connectivity needs sorting out.
