The bed is very good, the amnesties are very good and the staff are very friendly. Although the bathrooms need to improve.

Good view, nice food, friendly staff. The view was better than I expected. Lovely, comfortable room. Very efficient and professional service with an amazing bar. Does not allow outside food, which was a bummer, but their own food makes up for it.

There service is very much procreational. Specially there room is very much clean and awsome blooming. There front desk like Mr. Junayed service is very good. I appriciate there all kind of policy are very much good. I visit there more and more time.

At First We come to stay ocean we did not like the breakfast buffet which The authority offer .Then we complained to change some item of buffet to the guy Name MINHAJ.He is a nice guy .He told us that He will try to talk And will try to change some items .Today we saw Some changes and we like it .We got Beet And Chicken Tehary today .Thank you to the Guy Minhaj . After 3 Days staying In Ocean ,Today is our last day ,Thank You ocean Paradise authority to take our complaint seriously and also once again Thank you to the Guy Minhaj.

As it was a special gift to me from my betterhalf, I enjoyed every segment of this package a lot. Specially the candle light dinner as it was heart touching arrangement including the delicious food.. The services were quite satisfactory...

It's very unpleasant to stay in this hotel,they have so many dogs downstairs. Barking all night can't get a wink of sleep.i would say to people don't get see views rooms you will have more problems,thanks Now in the morning 02:22 all the dogs are Barking,I stay 3 days I couldn't sleep at all.

Nice environment & top notch quality services & behavior. Never feel like we were away from our home. They treat us like a family members & always concern about our needs. I thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise with my family, relishing the overall experience. The impeccable service and standout features like the swimming pool and rooftop restaurant left a lasting impression. Kudos to the exceptional hospitality and staff behavior, especially Mr. Saiful, who proved incredibly cooperative. Despite these positive aspects, a couple of considerations for improvement stand out. Firstly, the discontinuation of warm water in washrooms after midnight during the winter season seems inconvenient. Additionally, a reconsideration of fixed air-conditioning temperatures in rooms could enhance guest comfort. Moreover, while the food at the rooftop restaurant exceeded expectations, the complementary breakfast fell short. It lacked essential seasoning, particularly salt and necessary spices. A refinement of the breakfast offerings to match the deliciousness of their regular menu would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience. Notwithstanding these minor considerations, the overall positive experience during our stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise significantly overshadowed any concerns. The commendable service, outstanding amenities, and delightful dining at the rooftop restaurant make it a highly commendable choice for future visits. Hotel Ocean Paradise truly stands out as a top-notch destination, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for any traveler.

Wonderful location to stay which close to everything. All the stuff's are very efficient and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are excellent specially buffet breakfast. We were stay at honeymoon suite where everything just awesome mainly balcony views. -Atanu Mutsuddy
