房間乾淨明亮，衞生間區域很大，設定合理。 每層樓裏都有接水機器。 酒店位置離開老城區要走十幾二十分鐘左右。

호텔이 깔끔하고 직원들도 모두 친절했어요. 기분 좋은 숙소입니다.

Hôtel super propre calme et agréable. Staff à la hauteur et serviable

房間不大，還行，湊合的住了一晚

Un bell'hotel, con camere e bagni spaziosi. Davvero pulito, ristrutturato di recente a due passi dal centro di Troyes. Un parcheggio gratuito e' disponibile in fronte all'hotel. Personale gentile e simpatico. Non abbiamo provato la colazione.

Hanno ristrutturato alcune parti dell'albergo, esempio l'atrio, ove hanno posizionato il bancone del bar e dove al mattino sono posizionati alcuni elementi della colazione, con un va e vieni un pò scomodo e confusionario. La colazione è buona, il personale cortese, il parcheggio coperto, a pagamento, è comodo. Vengo alla valutazione bassa: in nome di uno sciocco e stucchevole ambientalismo IN UN HÔTEL **** NON SI PU0' ELIMINARE IL MINIFRIGO DALLE CAMERE E SOSTITUIRLO CON UN BOTTIGLIA (NON SIGILLATA, QUINDI SENZA GARANZIA ALCUNA DI IGIENE) DA RIEMPIRE PRESSO IL DISTRIBUTORE POSTO NEL CORRIDOIO, ANCHE LONTANO DALLA CAMERA! NON SI PUO' DESCRIVERE LA CAMERA COME INSONORIZZATA, QUANDO LA PORTA NEI CIRCA 30 CM IN BASSO È SCOSTATA DALLO STIPITE PER CIRCA 1 CM, CON INGRESSO DI LUCE E DEI RUMORI DEL CORRIDOIO E, DIO NON VOGLIA, IN CASO DI INCENDIO, DI FUMO!!!

Troyes era sulla nostra strada verso la Normandia e si trova in una posizione strategica, al bivio per puntare verso Parigi piuttosto che verso lo Champagne, la Normandia e le Ardenne. La Struttura, molto moderna, è perfettamente inserita in un palazzo non recente. C'è una piazzola dove fermarsi e scaricare i bagagli oppure lasciare una motocicletta ma il parcheggio vero e proprio (prenotare!) è posizionato dietro e va cercato con cura, però è ampio e comodissimo. Camera comodissima, ottima la colazione, posizione logistica molto vantaggiosa.

Abbastanza centrale ( tutto a due passi) questo hotel offre il meglio di se nelle stanze. La struttura esterna è semplice e piacevole. Le stanze le ho trovate come piacciono a me: moderne, efficienti e pulitissime. Buona la prima colazione sia europea che internazionale.

Our second visit to Troyes and our second stay at the Mercure. A one night stopover on our drive through France to the UK after a trip to Spain. The hotel carpark is easily accessible and had ample space on this visit and an earlier one in May. The hotel is modern and well appointed and our Privilege room was very comfortable with a small terrace overlooking the street. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the city centre is only a short walk away where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. As an Accor Silver points member I qualify for complimentary drink, in most Accor hotels this privilege has always been extended to my sweetheart Michelle - on this occasion there was only one drink per room permitted - a little bit disappointing but it didn’t diminish our overall satisfaction too much. Hope to visit again in 2025.

First class experience. Safe and secure underground car parking. Warm welcome from excellent receptionist. Short walk to the town centre. Spacious airy clean bedroom with a very comfortable bed! Lovely bar area with nice outdoor courtyard. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms are ample and quiet. Our room do not have windows, except on the roof so you can not see outside. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are good. Go to downtown is about 10 minutes walking, it is beside a shopping mall. Parking is good but difficult to access. Personnel is very friendly.

Lovely hotel perfect for stopovers. Spotlessly clean. Easy secure parking next to hotel. Lovely staff. Very nice bar and also great courtyard outside for a drink. Snacky meals available. Wonderful breakfasts. 10 minute walk into town with its many restaurants.

1. Rudest staff 2. Problem with the room. 3. Even ruder Director /Manager. The bad vibes from the “head of reception” began before we even arrived when I called to check the arrangements as we were sharing a suite with our 2 kids. She told me I had not booked a suite, but instead a different type of room that didn’t suit us (or correspond to my booking confirmation). She refused to even check my reservation details and when I asked for the manager she said no. She was ahead of Reception. End of. Only when I called central customer services for Accor and called back from a different number ?she was apparently screening my calls) did she answer the phone and I had to persuade her strongly to address the questions in my email - regarding the size of the cot etc. And if they had a bed guard. Nothing unusual you would have thought. Then on arrival there was a very loud noise coming from inside the partition wall and the two people on reception couldn’t resolve it. On the way up to the room one said to the other - in front of my husband who speaks French - “ah, I don’t want to spend all night with them”. They couldn’t fix it, and called the manager who came armed only with a phone torch. When I pointed out it was past 11pm, my 2 and 4 year olds needed to sleep and clearly we needed an alternative solution - I encouraged him to be pragmatic as it was clear he wasn’t able to break into the wall to find the issue - he shouted at me that I was talking too much and stormed off. When I told him he should not speak to me this way he shouted more, saying we were not the only guests in the hotel, and that was it. The saving grace was that he took the charge for the room and the noise died down after an hour or so - but it left a very bad taste in our mouths and honestly I was just horrified by the lack of apology or grace in handling the situation. Not a great start to the holiday.

There are some reviews on here which in my opinion are contrary to our experience of La Licorne which we found to be excellent. Our first impression as we drove in was of a very well kept hotel with stunning architecture and positioned in an excellent location from where to enjoy the beautiful medieval city of Troyes. Our room was 007 on the ground floor and I have to say what a stunning room this is. It has a secret bathroom which was stunningly designed and equipped with plenty of shower gel and shampoo, big fluffy towels and a magnificent walk in shower area. The bedroom itself was equally stunning with high ceilings and elegantly furnished to a very high standard. Good tea and coffee making facilities. We requested fresh milk which arrived in a matter of minutes. Our bags were delivered to our room also within minutes. We ate at a restaurant within a 10 minute walk and enjoyed the stroll both in to the city and back to the hotel. Did not feel at any point unsafe. On on return we enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar area, again with attentive service. We enjoyed a couple of hours in the spa the next morning, again with seamless service. If you get time, a trip to the spa is definitely worth a visit. All of the staff we encountered at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, but one member of staff stood out to us because of his elevated service. If management are reading this this guy needs to be promoted into management - he is the right material! From the moment we arrived Thierry (parking valet) was both extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. His English is excellent and he has a brilliant sense of humour. But, what was the most memorable to us was his unassuming manner and pursuit of old style service which sadly these days is lacking in a lot of hospitality. 5 stars to Thierry!!
