C'è un club proprio accanto all'hotel e c'era una serata studentesca. Potevi sentire tutto fino alla fine del club e dopo potevi sentire chiaramente la folla per strada. Sembrava che non ci fosse alcuna insonorizzazione. Inoltre la stanza era fredda. Ho ricontrollato se una finestra era aperta ma non lo era.

Sink tap shower and bath water had brown water coming out with pieces of dirt Sink knobs and bath nearly hanging out a bit of force and it will break Bits of plaster breaking everywhere in the room especially above the Heather Pieces of hair in the shower and floor in bathroom

Room was spotless easy check in no issues with parking ect ,but there was an issue in the bar on the night we stayed felt the young bar lady was overwhelmed as a result the young lady closed the bar at 10.45 as a,result myself and other patrons who were staying over were left high n dry just felt the issue could have been handled a bit better as the said issue was nothing to do with us so sadly anyone thats staying overnight make sure you head to bed early cos you won't enjoy a late night drink

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms, free handy parking, excellent food and helpful and friendly staff, especially the lovely Rosie on reception. When the wi-fi went down, she let me hook up to her phone mobile data for some important work stuff. What a star.

Excellent Hotel, spotless clean, friendly staff. This is our 3rd time staying at the Imperial and couldn't recommend it enough, excellent location close to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here, Jade Garden Chinese restaurant and Atami Japanese restaurant are beautiful and well worth going to. Will definitely be returning to the Imperial

Bed and pillows sooooo comfy. Breakfast was lovely. Best rashers ever. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Hotel could probably do with a lick of paint. A little run down in places. Our cold water tap in bathroom didn't work very well and if you had shower on it was none existent.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left , we were treated like royalty . Everything about this hotel is exceptional . The staff were smiling , pleasant and engaging . It's so nice to be able to complement young people on their professionalism and I must praise them all from the receptionist to the waiting staff to the barman . The room and bathroom were spotless . The beds were comfortable and the room was warm and quiet . Our meal in the bar was tasty with generous portions as was the breakfast . A mini Irish breakfast was anything but mini so I wonder how big the full one was. The Eggs Benedict were sublime . we will definitely be back !

Excellent staff, well appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms and a very tasty breakfast. Easy parking nearby and a central location also. The Imperial hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, I would happily stay again & more than happy to recommend.
