Nice stay. No problems. The room was a little bit smelly walking in.

We have always enjoyed our stays here! We will definitely be here again :)

Hotel was roomy-we were on a quick overnight trip for a nearby race, and it served its purpose. We had a bit of a scare when a neighboring guest from the floor below was pounding on our door at 515 in the AM, demanding to see who we were and claiming we were pounding on the floor. We called the front desk, and Jose (working night shift) was our knight in shining armor. He not only asked the guest to go back to his room, but waiting until he left, and came back to escort us out safely to our car before the race.

Room was.full of black mold. Ceiling I fans very dirty. Dead bugs on shelf by window. Was.given another room at 11pm and room smelled musty.

I used this hotel to go to catalina island. It takes about 10 minutes to get to newport beach by lyft and costs $10.

This is a nice hotel, great location. The only thing I didn't like is during rush hour it can be a pain to get in or out of hotel because the traffic backs up to the entrance.

Nice clean rooms. Well located. Great staff. Comfortable beds

Pleasant experience

It was a decent stay. Hotel is bit old so the building doesn’t seem as reliable. Stairways bit sketchy.

Nice hotel looks like they are in the process of some kind of renovation. I had a king suite and it was pretty good, mini fridge, microwave, two flat screen tvs one in the bedroom the other in the living room area also front room area contained a pull out bed. The room could use some updating grout in the bathroom and such. The toilet was a little low to the ground and had a horrible seat. The shampoo and conditioner was from Paul Mitchell so that was also good. Beefy close to shopping and stores. Overall a great experience. Beds need to be updated also, but we're sleep capable.

It’s quiet and staff are nice

中午抵達酒店時前台説需要3點才能辦理入住，在大堂坐着等。 大概2點左右有老外到了直接給前台證件就給辦理了入住，看此情形就去問了前台也同意給我辦理，結果不知道是酒店的問題還是攜程平台的問題，説查不到我的訂單，可是明明平台已經扣款，預訂的訂單號也給前台看了，前台衹説不知道怎麼回事，就讓我等… 咱也不知道到底是不是在難為我，接下來還是自己在攜程平台聯繫客服才得以解決問題，平台客服説酒店是他們通過*******代訂的，然後他們聯繫代訂再去致電酒店，整個過程至少花費了2-30分鐘才搞定，真是折騰。 酒店有停車場、游泳池、住一層以上有電梯，搬行李還算方便。早餐免費提供，東西不多，墊墊肚子可以。

酒店很老舊，打開房門一股老舊味道撲面而來，房間除了床比較大，其他沒啥優點。棚頂很矮，有壓迫感。衞生間的馬桶水箱蓋是後配的大號蓋子，跟馬桶不匹配，把水箱開關都蓋住了！室內隔音超級差。遠不值得這個價格。早餐也很簡單。整體感受不好，下次不會住了。

我和隔壁房間中間竟然有道門，兩個房間是相同的。房間水龍頭都是壞的 空調噪音非常大 可能是酒店時間太久了，他的電梯也是非常慢，且不穩定的。優點就是有一個獨立的小泳池最多10米太小了，還有24小時的温泉，這是一個非常好的設施。 還有就是停車場非常空曠，隨便停車車位充足。 但是早餐9:30服務員就着急收餐，説的是7:00到10:00。 房間入住第三天才給打掃衞生。 下午6:00要熱水去大堂告知沒有熱水。
