We have just returned from a week at this hotel and I don’t have a single thing to fault! This was my first time taking my children away since my divorce and I was more than a little nervous (about everything from navigating the airport to what if the hotel was awful to feeling safe in the local area) but it was all unfounded. We arrived at the hotel around 20:30 hours, a lovely man on reception checked us in and advised we could still get dinner until 21:00. We did this and found there was plenty of choice despite our late arrival. Throughout the week there was so much on offer everyday - beef, chicken, pork, lamb, rabbit, fish and seafood including muscles and squid, a great children’s selection including hot dogs, burgers and nuggets, chips, pasta, salad bar and vegetables galore. All restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive. Our room itself had a pool view with balcony, and while a little basic compared to other (far more expensive) 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in, was perfectly clean and kept that way daily by the cleaners who were again kind, friendly and thorough. The pool was great but the Tui entertainment staff were what made our holiday - Veronica, Lilian and Lorenzo went above and beyond every day. They even got my 15 year old daughter involved which is unheard of, they are truly special people who deserve recognition for all the hours of work they put in. Amazing The location is a little quiet BUT there is a good bus service locally, we went to Morro Jable and Jandia which was a must see in my opinion - and it’s only like €4 return trip, stunning beaches and great selection of bars and shops. The only slight negative I could say is that the hotel Wi-Fi was very patchy, but it wasn’t a big deal at all, it was free after all and I just used my 4G as and when. Free safe in room Good range of drinks included on All Inclusive just not branded premium alcohol. Lunch served in the snack bar and snacks available all day. Nothing at all not to love!
