Hotel a 3 stelle a Corona

Are you like me? Do so much research your eyes go blurry? Stop looking for a hotel, you found it. We had a two bedroom suite, as my mom was traveling with us to meet her 9th grandson. The room was great. Breakfast was good every morning. Waffles, Bagels, English muffins, eggs and some type of protein. Oatmeal and cereal too. Best was hot coffee was available at 4am. We’re from NJ so that was awesome! John at the Front Desk was awesome. Gave us some great tips for our week long stay. Deloris was very helpful. Great fire pit! Lots of restaurants within a few miles and holy cow, Cold Stone available through Uber Eats! Thanks for the great stay! Much appreciated!

This was our third visit to the property, since it was convenient to our relatives’ homes. The last time we stayed there was about a year ago, and we had problems with a dirty comforter and a boiler that was supposed to be down for “a couple of hours” that ended up being down for a full weekend, meaning we had no hot water. We were assured that we would hear back from the management when we made a complaint to the front desk clerk, but we never did. But we were willing to give the place one more chance. We arrived about 9:00 pm to check in and we were pleasantly surprised to find we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. We headed to the room, took out the keys... and neither of them worked. I went back to the front desk, we tried the new keys... nope, still wouldn’t work. We called the front desk, and the desk clerk came up immediately and was able to open the door, but advised us that the battery on the door lock was dying, so when we heard the lock try to open, we should try to open the door immediately to get it open. It was late and we were tired, so we figured we’d get to bed and deal with it in the morning. Not long after we unpacked, my wife and I were getting ready for bed when my daughter came in and told us she spotted mold in the other bedroom. I went to check it out, figuring that maybe it was really dirt or something, but I saw the black spots on the ceiling and had to agree. I asked my wife to have a look, and we brought in a towel to try and wipe off whatever it was; the dark spots wouldn’t wipe off, and my adult daughter said the spot felt “fuzzy”. We called the front desk and let them know; the clerk advised us the hotel was full, but would check to see if a room was available at a sister property nearby; he also recommended that we could stay in the room but close off the second bedroom, and have my daughters sleep in the living room. Since my other daughter has asthma, we decided to get dressed, get our bags, and head for the lobby. When we got to the desk, the clerk advised us that the sister property was also full, but he could call for a room at another hotel that would have had all four of us in one room with a bed and a fold out couch... for a higher rate than what we were already being charged for there. We decided to give up and head home; the clerk told us that he couldn’t cancel the reservation or check us out until morning, but that the manager would call us in the morning. I’ll give credit to Joseph the front desk clerk, who went above and beyond during our visit to try to resolve our problems. Unfortunately, he was pretty much left to deal with everything happening by himself. The mold we found and the problems with door lock seems to confirm that the problems we found with poor housekeeping and maintenance on our last visit weren’t a fluke. As nice and as convenient as the property is, we’ve decided that we won’t be staying here again unless there’s a change in management or a renovation of the hotel.

Our room was filthy, clothing tags and toy cars left on floor from the previous stay and my son found an unidentified clothing item on the side of his bed (pictured). Management allowed a band to practice loudly (think banging drums) outside our room at 7 am, they promised me they would make them stop, they did not. Their blow dryer was faulty and tore out a huge chunk of my hair (pictured). After all of this the manager Alfredo promised a full refund and it has been 3 weeks no refund. Now I have to try and get the money back thru my bank. Beware this is how they treat Marriott rewards members. I do not recommend. You will be treated better elsewhere.

Il personale era cordiale e disponibile. L'unico aspetto negativo del nostro viaggio è stato il forte odore di fogna fuori dall'hotel, all'ingresso. Era costantemente presente ogni volta che accedevamo all'edificio. Un altro odore al secondo piano era di corda ma non offensivo, come l'aceto vicino alle stanze # 210-220. Mia figlia pensava che puzzasse come lo studio di un dentista. Odori a parte, le sale sono luminose e pulite con citazioni ispiratrici su ogni porta. La colazione continentale veniva servita ogni giorno e la piscina era aperta, anche se eravamo troppo occupati per godercela. La palestra è rimasta chiusa a causa della pandemia. Ci torneremmo volentieri per la comodità on/off l'autostrada 91. I letti non erano di lusso ma non erano terribili. Potrebbero essere migliorati con un topper in memory foam.

The room and service was great the breakfast they served is pretty awesome with the different variety food choices. The amenities at the room are great as well. Overall, the hotel is nice for your family to stay 

Buono e meraviglioso

Il posto preferito per soggiornare nella zona corona immediata!! Camere recentemente ristrutturate, belle lastre e asciugamani AC funziona incredibile anche durante questo terribile estate caldo. Il personale dell'ufficio è fantastico molto accogliente e utile! Un posto così bello va a stare se il vostro è nella zona. . Toni di parcheggio (la maggior parte dei punti proprio davanti alle porte della stanza). Non ho mai avuto alcun problema o problema durante il mio soggiorno qui, e credetemi che io rimango qui VEERRY OFFTEN. Con tanta fretta, consiglio questo hotel a tutti i miei amici e a tutti coloro che cercano un hotel pulito , sicuro , NUOVO RISERVATO specialmente a un prezzo così fantastico! Prenota una stanza e sono sicuro che ti piacerà il tuo soggiorno tanto quanto me e tante altre persone hanno.

Molto pulito e confortevole. La sala pesi e la piscina sono chiuse a causa del COVID, e quindi le 4 stelle su Strutture. In caso contrario, abbastanza felice tutto intorno con il mio soggiorno di una notte.
