酒店位置特別方便 走路到英國市場 附近飯店酒吧特別豐富 酒店設施和佈局感覺也很有味道 該酒店的設計者也設計了城裡的幾座著名建築 就是衞生間下水很慢 停車也是另外付費的

房間很小，設施也很老舊。但酒店有歷史有故事。位置絕佳。 前台服務人員態度友善。

傳統的酒店，格調高雅。床很舒適，衞生間好用。

床很厚實，房間比較緊湊。廁所好像沒有排風扇

服務人員很好，房間不算特別小

Mi è stata assegnata una stanza loculo, due finestre cieche che davana su un tubo di scarico rumoroso. Tutta la notte rumore non siamo riuscita a dormire. La stanza prenotata era a due letti ma mi e’ stato dato un letto alla francese. All’arrivo mi è stato richesto il pagamento della stanza che avevo già affettuato. Per il prezzo pagato direi inaccettabile mai più. Alle mie lamentele mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto contattare dal direttore, mai sentito. Sconsigliatisssimo

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Bathroom is outdated and air conditioning isn’t great.

Aideen on reception was so helpful and knowledgeable we really appreciated this as it was our first time in cork

Nice hotel, noisy at night. Strange experience at check in.. checked in and then went out. Came back and was able to access my room. Reception had put me in the wrong room and then removed my stuff whilst I was out. Had to then go to reception to discover all this. New room bigger than original, but all a bit odd and as a lone female traveller felt a bit uncomfortable as my return was at 10pm.

Wonderful hotel. Always glad to see and experience charming and warm Irish hospitality! Nothing else to add.

The devil is in the detail, and unfortunately on this occasion I felt the Imperial lacked that extra due care and attention Overall staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, well located and comfortable. I booked a double room and was given a triple, which wasn't particuarly nice and was at the back of the hotel over some kind of generator which kept me from sleeping. There was no guest guide with details of wifi or room service provided in the room, which meant when I called for room service on the morning of my departure i was told it wasn't available and I had 6 minutes to get downstairs.

Love our weekend stay with the wife the staff were 100% friendly and always went above and beyond for us we had to check out at 12:30pm and our flight was not till 10pm they kept our bags safe and even somewhere private we could get changed before the flight we will definitely be back fell in love with Ireland and more so cork ❤️
