We love this hotel. Everything about it is designed to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff, without exception, go out of their way to put you at your ease and make you feel at home. From the welcome coffee and pastries in the lounge to the bubbles and birthday cake for my husband in our room, nothing was too much trouble. We especially enjoyed being able to have an open fire. We had free access to Tivoli throughout our stay, with stunning views over the park from our room. It was magical.

Abbiamo avuto una terza stanza di piano terra che, sebbene sembrava favoloso, non era pratica - la forma del vecchio edificio significava ogni volta che mi spostavo intorno alla stanza mi sono spaccato la testa, l'anca, ecc Ci erano solo tazze espresso, quindi non c'era più possibilità di un caffè e non c'era più possibilità di un caffè. Latte o tè opzione - deludente. Mangiamo nel ristorante venerdì sera e tutto era grande - cibo, cocktail, servizio - davvero buono! La colazione era piccola ma aveva tutto quello che avete bisogno e grande qualità. Un mattino era occupato, ma il personale ha fatto un ottimo lavoro - grazie! Non ritornerò perché era costoso per quello che abbiamo avuto, e mi piacerebbe provare un altro hotel, perché Copenaghen è una città fantastica e sicuramente merita una visita!

A well travelled friend recommended The Sanders Hotel and she was ‘spot on’! From the minute you walk through the front door, one feels like a home. Non so come organizzarlo. La pendenza al quarto piano, la stanza è molto piccola, il letto è molto piccolo, c'è un bollitore, caffè e bevande premium, niente vasca, asciutto e bagnato separati da una tenda, l'acqua della doccia è molto piccola, nessuna colazione in hotel L'aspetto dell'hotel è comunque molto carino, la hall è ok, la reception inglese è buona, l'atteggiamento è buono, la carta di credito garantisce, il check-out è molto veloce, ho chiesto se avevo dei consumi senza controllare il camera, ho soggiornato per due notti, non economico, ma abbastanza soddisfatto

La stanza è abbastanza grande, completamente attrezzata e ha un forte senso del design. Poiché è un po' come un hotel a tema per bambini, all'interno ci sono molte decorazioni di cartoni animati. È molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, a circa 800 metri a piedi. Se porti i bagagli, è un po' lontano a piedi, ma un po' più vicino per prendere un taxi. La colazione è ricca e lo spazio per sedersi è ampio. Ci sono molte attrazioni nei dintorni, a circa 500 metri da Tivoli e dal Carlsberg Art Museum. A poco più di 2 chilometri dalla strada commerciale e da Newport. Il servizio è ottimo, il check-in e il check-out sono rapidi. La stanza non era disponibile fino alle tre del pomeriggio. Dopo il check-in l'acqua nel bacino si è bloccata. Dopo aver chiamato per la riparazione, il problema è stato risolto rapidamente e il servizio è stato tempestivo. L'acqua del bagno è molto buona e la biancheria da letto è molto confortevole. La stazione ferroviaria è proprio fuori dalla finestra e quando le finestre sono chiuse non si sente alcun rumore. La lampada da terra è molto bella, ma non potevo spegnerla quando era ora di andare a letto, quindi ho dovuto staccarla, il che è stato un po' imbarazzante.

I stayed for 7 nights, in what I think had to be the best double room. It's at the back of the hostel and at the end of the corridor, so it was very quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable, everything clean. The cafe/bar is comfortable with plenty of sofas, how busy it is obviously varies according to time, day of week, and if there is entertainment happening. The volunteers and management are delightful, helpful and generally work hard to make it pleasant, and all profit goes to Action Aid. During my stay the guest kitchen was clean and my food was not taken by other guests. A small irritation was the door to the dining area, the closing mechanism is broken which results in a loud and unpredictably timed bang whenever it is used. The toilets and showers (2 of each on my floor) were definitely adequate for this time of year, and were also clean and worked well. There is a strict no smoking policy, for which I was grateful! I hadn't stayed in a hostel for many years, and I'm not a good sleeper so would not like a dormitory anyway, so can't comment on that. Thank you all xx

Location is perfect. Hidden bakery nearby, interesting vintage shops across the bridge. The weather is all good during our stay, so walk out of the hotel can feel the good vibe from the river. But they always short of stuff, can’t really provide service like other hotels I stayed before. The water tub spa is extra cost, didn’t make it clear on the hotel information. That’s disappointing. Hopefully a hotel could provide books in case guests get bored. Overall is above average experience.

Siamo stati in un hotel più bello vicino alla stazione centrale e a causa di una conferenza non potevano prolungare il nostro soggiorno. Tutto nel centro della città è stato prenotato. Quindi abbiamo deciso di andare 2 o 3 fermate fuori. Cabin ci ha risparmiato $250 per 2 notti, quindi era un accordo. Compratela sinceramente, potreste avervi fatto piacere stare nel boutique hotel. L'acqua di doccia va sotto il bagno se si fa il doccia pieno in posizione Buffet era marginale. Carni e formaggio abbondante ma di qualità più economica. Nessun frutto, tranne una tazza di piccole mele e arance. I croissants hanno saputo come il pane. Tuttavia, molti seduti e alcune persone mangiano con HUGE quantità di cibo così mamma per il prezzo. Quindi ancora una volta, se il vostro bilancio è stretto una buona scelta. Per un soggiorno esteso o se dovete tornare e riposare, pagherò 50-100 dollari di più e ricevere qualcosa in zona centrale.

Neat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway. As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression. All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

Ci siamo fermati qui per un breve periodo di pausa in gennaio. C'è un piccolo rack di cappotto, ma non è davvero adatto se si rimane per più di un fine settimana, ma anche un tavolo di ferro e di ferro. In secondo luogo, era freddo e solo un lato del radiatore nell'appartamento funzionava così lontano dall'ideale quando era letteralmente congelato fuori. Il letto è molto basso e molto morbido, quindi non era molto confortevole per le spalle e la situazione delle cuscinetti ha bisogno di ordinare perché sono più come cuscinetti che cuscinetti! Il mobilio dell'appartamento dello studio è a bassa spec e un po'inconfortabile, quindi non si aspetta niente di grande, ma funzionali. C'è un nero cieco fuori, ma se vuoi vedere la luce del giorno nelle ore del giorno, la stanza fa fronte ad un edificio di ufficio, quindi non siamo riusciti ad aprire i ciechi e abbiamo dovuto tenere i ciechi in basso, quindi non poteva vedere la luce del giorno naturale e le tende sottili che avevano. Troppo piccolo per la finestra così erano completamente inutili!!! Abbiamo emailato i proprietari qualche volta con domande, ma nessuno è tornato a noi che era deludente .....

This hotel is superb in every aspect. I will recommend to all my friends who will go Copenhagen. Close to train station, next to many sightseeing locations, nice view, superb breakfast, friendly staff, room is clean and bright! I will want to stay again next time I visit.
