Good stay, rooms are very small but okay for a short period They have a beautiful lawn and a restaurant within hotel, which is good tastewise but they take a lot of time to get your food

Staff is very rude . When I was booked a room they told us it’s on first flier and give us on third floor.

I have taken a standard room but due to poor cleanliness I had to upgrade to deluxe room still bathroom was not clean there. After changing so much we are not satisfied with the room. Rest everything is good like staffs, hotel outside area .

As my friends planned for a ooty trip,going by train to conoor..They need a fresh up at conoor...They enquired me to find out a good one...Me on searching on Google found these one ..Hotel Vivek..I contacted there ..One of the front office executive Abhitha and Sumaya attended the call...From the beginning itself they clearly,patiently and kindly explained all things...we need a fresh up for 18members...They arranged us rooms at a reasonable price....That impressed us alot..so thankful to Abhitha , Sumaya and whole team arranged and communicated well with whole team......so no communication issues was there during there vist at morning 5am After the hotel visit my friends telling that this was a great set one...really cool pleasant calm ambience with nice scenery....clean rooms well maintained....They don't feel like leaving the room....Am so happy in hearing these... excited to stay once while passing conoor... Such a great experience...Thanking you once again.....😊😊😊😊🥰💐🍁🙏

Food was pathetic & overpriced..after ordering every 30 mins they kept tellin the item is not thr and asked us to order a diff item..so did i feel for the room.they dnt seem to have upgraded rooms over the years.The bedsheets and pillow cover were very old.Looks like they have been using the bedsheets for a very long time and over the years have not changed bedsheets/pillow cover. We were also not aware tht they did not have lift and carrying the luggage was tedious. There was party goin on until 12am with loud music ..hotel ppl did not seem to care abt others slping...they gave diff rooms in diff price range and i had taken standard room..the room was very old , dirty and not upto the standard..bucket&cup kept in bathroom was dirty.. pls do not book standard room ..it is not wrth it
