Hotel in zona CSX yard, Cook County

Il servizio era buono, il cibo era buono, la stanza era un po' piccola, non c'era frigorifero o microonde, ma tutto era grande.

L'hotel americano è molto domestico rispetto alle vecchie strutture e al prezzo alto.Anche questo hotel, e non c'è acqua da bagno gratuita.La posizione geografica è vicino all'aeroporto. Ci sono più di dieci hotel in tutto il parco, e ci sono autobus per l'aeroporto!

Mio fratello e io abbiamo dovuto visitare un familiare malato a Crestwood. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Holiday Inn prima. Eravamo sempre contenti con le camere finora. La stanza era vecchia e in bisogno di aggiornamento. Il telaio quando entravi era stato rasato. La luce del letto aveva solo una luce e l’ombra era rotta; il tavolo aveva solo una luce al di sopra e la luce sopra il bacino del bagno era bruciata; ho chiesto alla donna al tavolo anteriore se potesse essere fissata. Ha detto che mi avrebbe messo sulla lista. Non era mai stato risolto mentre ero lì. Domenica mattina abbiamo avuto colazione. Eravamo abbastanza cibo. Quando siamo tornati per colazione lunedì non c'era altro cibo. Ho chiesto alla donna che ha preparato il buffet se ci fossero altri bacchetti, mi ha reagito in modo brutto dicendo che non aveva prodotti di pane! Ha detto che abbiamo 300 persone il fine settimana e siamo tutti fuori. Non sarebbe stato qualcosa che avresti preso a pagare??Mi ha detto che c'erano altri cibi da mangiare ....Tutto quello che rimaneva era qualche biscotti senza appetito e salsa di pesce e turchese. Ci sarebbero stati pancake.Nessuno! Non molto di un buffet. Il giorno dopo ci sono stati i bagni, ma non molto altro, eccetto i biscotti, la tosta e la salsa, e noi ci siamo fermati per quattro giorni e tre notti, e le nostre camere non sono mai state pulite. Dopo aver controllato, ho chiesto perché le nostre camere non erano pulite e ci è stato detto che dovevamo chiedere le nostre camere da pulire. Non ci è mai stato detto al check-in. Inutile dire, ci troveremo un altro hotel la prossima volta che visiteremo la famiglia. Non credo che valga la pena pagare il prezzo.

This is probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at in the U.S. I've stayed at this hostel twice now. The first time was in 2015 and the second time this past month for Market Days. Location: The hostel is centrally located in Downtown Chicago/the Loop. It's easily accessible to get to and from O'Hare Airport via the Blue Line which runs 24 hours. The closest CTA station is Jackson Station which also has connections to many other CTA lines. The hostel is also located within walking distance to many other tourist hotspots like Millennium Park, Broadway shows, Lou Malnati's Pizza (10 minutes), etc. There's also a CVS Pharmacy at the corner of the street that sells liquor and other essentials. On the weekday, the area is bustling with downtown workers, but on the weekends, it's like a ghost town. Most restaurants and stores close by 8/9pm. The only place to eat at if you have a late night is Taco Bell which closes at 2am. Another downside is that there are a lot of homeless people that have set up camp in front and around the hostel, so some people may feel unsafe walking around. Security: The property is very secure. There are multiple entry points to get into the hostel with a key card. There's another entry point to get access to the elevator banks that lead to the rooms as well as required card access to go upstairs and into the rooms. There's also a 24-hour front desk. This was a saving grace for me because my flight from New York was delayed that I ended up arriving at 3:30am. Keep in mind, if you plan to arrive after 3am, you should notify/call the front desk and let them know otherwise they'll mark you as a no-show and cancel your reservation. They also have storage lockers/a luggage room for a fee. Facilities/Amenities: My original reservation was for a 4-bed male dormitory, but there was someone sleeping in my assigned bunk. When you arrive, there is a fitted sheet, pillow sheets, a bath towel, and a face towel (no comforter). You are expected to make your bed. Since I arrived so late and my roommates were already asleep, the overnight staff (DJ) was nice enough to put me in an 8-bed dormitory that was unoccupied, so that I didn't wake up anyone. Both rooms were very spacious/high ceilings/massive windows with a lot of space to store luggage and walk around. All the rooms have lockers (bring your own lock or buy one at the front desk). In the 4-bed dorm, there is a common area with a kitchen/bathroom that connects with 2 suites. The 8-bed room is setup where the toilet, shower, and sink are all in separate areas instead of all in one room. The shower area has dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There are also common showers and toilets on every floor. The downside of the dormitory is that you can't control the temperature of the room. Summers in Chicago are hot and humid and the room was kept in the 60s, which I loved. But, my roommates thought it was too cold for them. The WiFi access is very stable and fast. Th

Great location, and good price, amazing people at reception and valet. Friendly and accommodating, humble staff. Always willing to help. Good clean rooms, not really posh luxury or modern but well kept and clean, specially the shower/toilet bathroom is super clean. The area is super busy specially the street where you drop your car for valet but it works smooth without any troubles. One extra ordinary point: check in check out is smooth, straight forward and the quickest I have experienced.

I glad to you guys help me always!! The hotel is very cling also is in remodeling but The manager give me another room ….. so I’m so happy and I recommend this hotel to any family.

Il servizio era buono. Ho avuto problemi al check-in con le carte di credito e il personale è stato disponibile. La camera era pulita e il letto era comodo. L'unico problema era che il telefono era rotto e non si chiudeva, quindi l'ho staccato e ho informato la reception. Anche il check-out è stato semplice e la navetta da e per l'aeroporto è stata utile. Il ritiro è presso l'area navetta del Terminal 2 e porti la squadra lì. Se hai un volo molto presto, la navetta potrebbe essere una scelta incerta. Ho anche mangiato al ristorante che era delizioso e il servizio era buono.
