就正常鄉下酒店，有洗衣房，可免費停車，旁邊還有步行可到達的whole food，解決了吃飯問題。

有洗衣機乾衣機很方便，停車方便免費，附近二分鐘車程就有Whole Food很方便，地理位置也好，Enterprise 租車方便，二分鐘車程。

I tried to stay here but the room was unsanitary. Garbage and crawling insects under sink, stained upholstery, crumbs in the sofa. Management could not provide another room or property. I stayed elsewhere and incurred additional expenses. Marriott did not compensate.

After a very stressful day of house hunting. we arrived at the residence inn. Matthew was so polite and welcoming to us. He made us feel like we made the right choice we were undecided as to where to stay in Avon or Hartford. We definitely made the right choice. Big Thanks to Matthew.

The floor in the kitchen wasn't exactly clean... maybe cleanish, but not clean. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The last night, I woke up with blood on my neck and a dark spot above it. I discovered that it was a spider. Twenty minutes later, I saw a pretty good-sized spider in the bathroom that I had to kill with my shoe. You might have a spider problem at the hotel. The staff was pleasant; to be fair, I did not tell them about any problems. It's a nice place to stay and very convenient for the medical treatments I was having.

There is a nice tavern down the street about a block away. The pizza was delicious, just be patient with the service. Nice place. The pillows were very full. The suite was a nice size. The water pressure was good. There were a good amount of choices for tv channels. I wish I could have stayed longer to tour the town and surrounding historic places.

We stayed at 2 separate residence inns this week. They're roughly about 25 mins from each other. The difference though is light years apart. We talked to Lucia when we arrived and she just gave a whole different experience. Her cordial manner and attentiveness when we checked in was just a step above. It just got better from there. The room and the property were in great shape compared to the other one. I'll reckon that the clienteleay have also been better. The room was immaculate. The bed was at minimum 10x better than the other property. No dust, everything worked and it was an experience that was commensurate of the Marriott and Residence inn name. Keep up the great work Lucia and crew. Trust me, we will be back and we won't even hesitate to book at your property.
