È appena tornato da una vacanza settimanale a Riu Vistamar. Prenotato via Tui, è stato un ottimo valore su base inclusiva. Siamo stati consapevoli dell'hotel, dopo aver soggiornato a Gloria Palace Amadores poche volte e l'abbiamo visto dal balcone. L'hotel è stato informato di una visita a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, a New York, Abbiamo allocato la stanza 167, quando ho chiesto questo mi è stato detto che era una buona stanza e vicino agli ascensori (ho avuto un danno a piedi così camminando con un stick) ma se non mi piaceva, dovrei tornare indietro. La stanza 167 era probabilmente la più lontana da qualsiasi ascensore possibile, con vista di scaffolding. Ho saltato indietro alla ricezione dove un ragazzo molto utile l'ha immediatamente cambiato a camera 430 - idealmente situata. La stanza era eccellente, nessuna denuncia. Grandi mobili di buona qualità, letti enormi e confortevoli, frigo rifornito quotidianamente con acqua, eccellente bagno e doccia. Il personale in tutto l'hotel, in particolare il personale di pulizia, erano eccellenti, amichevoli e utili. Il cibo era solo medio. Il buffet di hotel è un tipico cibo, non cattivo, non buono, solo adeguato. Le bevande nei bar erano buone, ma non una scelta di posti da sedere, il bar sportivo era davvero insufficiente. Gli spettacoli non sono davvero la mia cosa, ma erano eccezionalmente ben prodotti e spettacoli professionali (confrontati al palazzo Gloria, dove abbiamo avuto dei budgie a cavalcare le biciclette di una notte..) In generale è un buon hotel, forse non per me

This is our 4th time staying at Marina Elite and everything is still as faultless as it was the first time we ever stayed back in 2016! There is a wide variety of food options at all mealtimes, the rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday and the seaviews are amazing!! (The reason we keep going back).. We were made aware before we booked this year that the hotel has recently been taken over by TUI but to us this has made no major difference other than to bring positive changes..they have made the pool area bigger with extra sunbeds and installed a gym, the only downside I could see from other peoples points of view was the change to the beachbar from an all inclusive bar to a premium (pay only) bar but as I say this made no difference to us as we ventured into puerto rico every night anyway (bus at end of road or 6 euro in a taxi). Few points that could be maybe taken on board by the TUI or management: More activities and entertainment aimed at children during the day, like a kids club/pool activities etc. Disabled access/ramps to the top pool and pool bar area where the entertainment is. Other than that a 10/10 review from us! And we'll see you again in December 😊
