We arrived at this hotel early in the morning, 8am after a bad night at another hotel, they let us check in immediately and even have breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating and thought outside the box to help us out. The breakfast was fantastic, everything from yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal to excellent vanilla coffee creamer. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Plenty of parking in a big lot. Was not bothered by highway traffic or trains. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Viaggiavamo per una settimana attraverso BC e Alberta. Ci siamo trasferiti in diversi hotel ogni notte. Rondo era il migliore sul nostro viaggio. Molto bel servizio, buona camera, posizione perfetta per un buon prezzo. IGA supermercato è a 5 minuti a piedi. La famiglia è un posto per mangiare a 2 minuti a piedi. Siamo molto soddisfatti. Recommende questo motel per soggiornare.

La stanza è generalmente un motel tipico. L'ambiente è molto buono, proprio al fiume Colombia sotto la montagna di neve, e si diffonde bene la mattina. La colazione è relativamente buona, molto meglio del solito motel

Questa è stata una delle esperienze più belle e personali che abbiamo mai avuto. Tutti i dettagli sono considerati da asciugamani e fogli a pomeriggio bevande e snack. La colazione è stata deliziosa con molte opzioni. Amiamo che fosse offerta una camera amichevole per cani. Il personale era personale e divertente.

Questa volta Vancouver ha soggiornato nel miglior hotel a Bangv2 settimana. In un futuro non andrò da Bangv in mezzo. È giusto tenerlo qui. La chiave della città è molto culturale. Lascia la gente profondamente impressionata. Ha deciso di sciare in inverno e continuare a vivere qui.

Upon check-in I showed the clerk my phone with a less price than I had. The clerk said to me “we don’t take those prices”. He then gave me a key to the room (I had requested a first floor room as my wife is stage 4 cancer). He gave me cards for 119 I believe. I asked the clerk if he needed my vehicle info and my signature for the room. He said “we don’t have paper”. I told him I need a receipt at check-out. I did not receive an answer. I went to the car to get our luggage and wife and went to the room we were assigned, I opened the door and walked in, the room was occupied. I left and my wife and I went to the desk and informed the clerk that the room he gave us is being used by someone else. No apology was give. The clerk gave me keys to 214 I believe. I asked if there was a first floor room and was told no. I helped my wife up stairs as she has cancer. We got to our assigned room and the door was open. There wasn’t anyone in the room but the room wasn’t very clean, the toilet seat didn’t match the toilet, the plug in the sink is broken off and no face cloths. I tried calling the desk 3 times and nobody answered. The next morning my wife and I went to have the breakfast included. Note: there was another woman there with a small child about 3 or 4 years old. The only thing they had for breakfast (it was more than an hour before breakfast was finished) was mini muffins, 3 yogurt, 3 apples, bread and black coffee. No butter for toast, no milk or whitener for coffee, no juice. The other woman and child, her husband came in with a younger child and the only thing for the little children to drink was black coffee and dry muffins and toast. I went to the front desk to check-out and asked for a receipt, I was told they can’t print one off. I told them I needed a receipt. I was told they can’t give me one. I then told them our experience at the hotel and I would like to have a phone call from the manager and was told I would receive the call. That was in the morning of September 18 it is now September 26, 2024 and we are still waiting for the call. I guess I shouldn’t hold my breath. My wife and I checked-in on September 17 and checked-out on September 18, 2024. I have stayed at many hotels in North America including Hawaii (100’s of room nights) and I have to say this hotel has to be in the top 5 worst hotels I have stayed in.
