Location was convenient from interstate. That’s all of the good. Everything else goes down hill. Upon check in the room felt like a sauna at 1:10 AM. 1 hour in AC supposedly on full blast still sweating bullets. Called front desk to inform them of the AC issue(no resolution) the clerk came to the room felt the air and apologized for inconvenience. The 1912 window unit was putting out semi cool air so it worked.Insect infestation(roaches). Carpet disgusting, bedding frame and skirting looks like a scary movie scene. Microwave looks like Freddy and Jason murdered some animals 30 years ago. No attempt to clean or replace. Fridge needs to be defrosted and cleaned. The ice chest was a different color from whatever was previously spilled and not cleaned properly. I could go on and on about quality issues and the building needing some serious updating. Room 211 is in shambles and the property owner/manager should be ashamed. Especially after charging me $53.50 for stained sheets( coke cola wasted on their “off white”linen) the audacity. 0 out of 10 stars I would NOT recommend! The worse part is I didn’t even take pictures. However, I don’t want to be reminded of the disgustingness I had to experience.

Wish to compliment Caylen ( not sure of the spelling of her name) who has been friendly and kind to help us with our room bookings. With the new management led by Bob, we've seen lots of improvements too. You guys deserve a round of applause! Keep up the great job and we will certainly come back again.

This place was awful. It’s in a shady looking location, and there is trash everywhere outside with noisy people. The room was overpowered with the scent of cigarette smoke and stale sewer, after a while of breathing inside, my throat started to hurt. All objects felt sticky, including the remote and chair. The bed and blanket has stains on it. Toilet wasn’t stable. There was also a cobweb. You can constantly hear people outside.

Yes it was lovely everything was nice and neat. I enjoyed my stay at this location however I would like to prefer that they supply you more towels with your stay. And complimentary bottles of water.

My flight was delayed so I needed an inexpensive alternative to a long drive home. The room only had lighting in the bathroom. Despite having made reservations I was told there were no more ro9oms and while they'd give me a refund, it was 1 am and I didn't feel like searching for another venue. While leaving the little bullet-proof drive thru window, I was solicited by a homeless gentleman for funds. The grounds have potholes, the room had cigarette burns on the furniture that I could see and no chain on the door. I felt unsafe. I wouldn't trust the refrigerator or microwave, especially since there was no light in the room to inspect them. A bad experience all around.

I booked without checking reviews, was expecting it to be a lot worse than it was. Clean sheets were good. Breakfast wasn't great the waffle maker was just for show, that was disappointing. Very run down building that kinda smells, but Lysol took care of that. Not to bad overall for the price.

The staff was nice but room was so dirty like it had not been cleaned in a while. There were things left from the previous guest. I walked in and walked out booked a different hotel.

Dirty, stains, furniture damaged, wall paper peeling, holes in walls. We had 1 and a half pillows. Front desk staff did bring us another pillow as we asked. Room/linens smelled like ****. The TV remote control had no back over battery compartment and wouldn't turn TV on or off. The breakfast offered was only box cereal and toast- nothing to put on toast. The breakfast area was dirty, coffee on floor and cereal/crumbs on counter. The online reservation process was the smoothest. We arrived at 11 pm so had to check in outside at a small walk up window. Guess we shouldn't have expected much since it was the cheaper rate but we still paid $75 to walk in sleep 8 hrs and leave- no food, no shower.

The rooms were disgusting!! Red chair arms were brown from Alot of dirt, bugs in the bathtub, pillows and bed were stained . I would NEVER recommend this place, and you should be embarrassed to have your name attached to this hotle

I had a terrible experience. TV did not work, bathroom was dirty, overall it was a terrible experience. They still have not returned my deposit.

I reserved a king bed then I arrived and was told there were 2 queen beds I get into the room and there is one full sized bed which was too small for me. It is not what I reserved and they cancelled my reservation because he had no more king beds even though it's what I reserved and paid for and gave me a cancellation number and advised I would have to contact ******* for the remainder of my refund and the deposit charged would take 3-5 days to refund, so now I have no money in my account

Less than expected, even at the price point. Several hundred yard off the road on the dilapidated asphalt road. Unkept parking lot. Towels and bath hardware stained. Sheets were an exception, smooth and clean. The mesh chair seat was broken, so the only seat was on the unpadded frame. Breakfast was limited. Sweetened dry cereal or make your own waffles. Milk was out on the counter.
