Ero in città per una riabilitazione della chiesa da Chicago. Avevamo camere adiacenti. Il prezzo era invincibile e il servizio era impeccabile da parte di principio a fine! Il servizio clienti è quello che mi ha davvero impressionato.Specialmente, essendo che lavoro in Gestione al dettaglio di Grocery, sono un alto sul servizio clienti. Questo è stato 4/5 servizio stellare in un piccolo hotel urbano. Le camere erano pulite, tutti noi incontrati erano amici! Il manager ha accolto l'ospite al colazione e ha chiesto il nostro lavoro e i nostri viaggi... il personale... non può parlare abbastanza del loro servizio di cartello rosso. Ci sono molti hotel in questa zona, ma il personale e l'ospite lo fanno un posto che ho frequentato quando visitavo. Grazie . Mia sorella usava il produttore di waffle poco prima che il colazione fosse finita e il dipendente fu bruciato. Mia sorella era molto scusata, ma il dipendente ha gestito tutto con tale grazia. Grazie a Dio!

Il servizio era grande tutti erano molto amichevoli e utile. Le strutture erano grandi sul lavandino visivo e anche una palestra. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. Avrei sicuramente consigliato ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia di rimanere qui.

PROS-convenient location off the interstate, friendly and quick check in, standard 2 queen bed room, quiet overnight, huge TV channel selection CONS-very noisy in Room 105 during the day from noise in the hallway and above us, no elevator in this 2 story motel, parking lot is gravel where you enter but that may be due to all the road work near by, bathroom not very clean and didn't appear to be as updated as rest of motel Breakfast is my main complaint. We tried to eat around 8 am (Sunday) and there was literally nothing except a few muffins and some biscuits and dry cereal. Everything in the warming pans (eggs, gravy, meat) was empty. The counter tops were filthy and had milk spilled and cereal all over them and the waffle maker was broken. An employee came in and said he'd get more hot food out in 20 minutes and the waffle maker was out for repair which would take a week. More people were arriving then. We didn't have 20 minutes to wait so we grabbed coffee and a small muffin. Breakfast doesn't make or break our stays but as Diamond members in Choice Privileges this was the poorest example we've seen in 25 years.
