The hotel is very clean and fairly new. Room was very comfortable plenty of space for four of us. It’s nice to have an area to sit in the room besides the beds. Front desk were nice and helpful. I would not suggest wasting your time going down for the “free” breakfast. We travel a lot and stay at Hilton brand hotels this was the worse breakfast service we ever had. First day they were out of food by 8am and the person working was rude about it. The second day there was food but only bought out 3 omelets and hash browns at a time. Milk was gone when we got down there at 7:30. They only refilled 3 milks at a time. Our last day we didn’t even stop and went out for breakfast.

We were there for a naval reunion for 6 days. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was mediocre, the shuttle was broken which limited where we could go with no cars available through rental places. The rooms were very nice, roomy, bed was comfortable, housekeeping good, quiet evenings. We had two dinners there, and they were awful. Overcooked fish/chicken, cold out of a can beans, cold small potatoes, out of the can baked beans, good fried potatoes but cold. The bar had 2 bottles of wine, which were already open, and neither any good. The coffee was non-existent the last breakfast, so the manager got some from Starbucks and brought it to the hotel. That was very thoughtful.

Stayed at the MCM for 14 nights. Friendly front desk staff, including the lady who prepared the hot breakfast every day and the housekeeping staff. Good value for your dollar. Clean rooms, nice kitchenette and overall, a very nice place to stay. Laundry facility was free, and you could purchase laundry detergent and fabic softner at the front desk. Shout out to Zach at the front desk. Everyday we were there he always greeted us by name and made sure we were taken care of. Everyone who works there was always nice and friendly.

I have stayed at dozens of Best Western hotels around the world but this one is absolutely the best! I love the idea of using the breakfast area as a pizza buffet at night but we arrived too late to try it. The full bar in the lobby was also an unexpected treat. Every staff member that I interacted with was quite pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, even the shower was awesome. The electric vehicle charger added convenience to my stay, so I love that amenity. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we make it back to Colorado Springs.

Questo posto è stato trovato su trip.com, e che piacevole sorpresa! L'edificio è probabilmente una miscela di costituzione di 60 e 80 anni, ma le camere sono state aggiornate un po' o due.
La grande sorpresa è stata la grande sala da pranzo, che è stata eccellente.Abbiamo avuto una festa di 9 che non ha avuto alcun problema per cena o colazione la mattina seguente nelle grandi aree da pranzo. Le tavole erano eccellenti e il personale di attesa era un piacere a entrambi (raro in questi giorni).
Fyi, ci sono anche una piscina e un grande centro di incendio nell'atrio, nessuno dei quali potevamo trarre vantaggio (questo tempo).

Very clean hotel and spacious/comfortable room that has many great amenities. Full kitchen with everything you need. Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and the Olympic Museum. Also has a nice rooftop bar with great view (make a reservation it was very crowded even on a Monday night). We got four free beers (I think you can also choose wine?) and a small cheese plate during Happy Hour which is a very nice perk. Excellent staff! Our car broke down and we needed to come back after we had already checked out. They gave us access to our room and also were going to give me a discount on the rate if I needed to stay another night (hotel was very full that day and I had a special rate for my stay). I think the front desk employee who helped me was named Tevon? Thank you so much for being so kind and professional to help us during a very stressful situation. Well done and much appreciated!

Ci sono frigo pieno, congelatore, microonde, alcuni piatti, alcuni utensili e un forno e panno. La piscina interna era bello e caldo forse circa 88? . Il tubo caldo era regolabile di calore e bella con jet. Grande vista di Pikes Peak. Non rumoroso.C'era una doccia completa nella zona della piscina (nessun muro e nella zona della piscina).Molte scelte per il buffet per colazione - uova, farina di avena, yogurt, cereali, succo, salsa, waffle.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno. La proprietà era ben tenuta e mi sono divertita con l'acqua fresca nel lobby. Il ricevitore era molto gentile e informativo al check-in. La nostra stanza era buona e pulita. L'hotel era anche sorprendentemente tranquillo, sono abituato ad alberghi che hanno un po' di rumore, soprattutto con la nostra camera situata vicino all'ascensore, ma era molto tranquillo. Certamente consigliere e restare ancora!

This understated hotel was an excellent choice when needed while waiting for vacancy at my work retreat hotel. The shuttle service from airport was a short wait, worth it for the tips on the area from the driver. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities as well. The room was spacious and the bathroom counter was a treat for the female traveler. The bed allowed me the best sleep I have had while on travel in a long time, truly! I recommend this hotel. The basics are delivered spectacularly.

UUtente ospiteBeware of staying at this Residence Inn, as my experience has been permanently marred. The staff here engages in collective dishonesty, tarnishing the reputation of the entire establishment. I arrived at the extended stay hotel at 3 am on Christmas Eve and had previously called to ensure a smooth check-in process. Management assured me that a late check-in was possible. However, upon arrival, the hotel was deserted, and security informed me that Judy, a staff member, was at the Fairfield Inn across the parking lot due to a system outage. After a confrontation with Judy, during which she charged my card without prior notice, the situation escalated. It's important to note that these charges occurred while I was stranded on top of a mountain in snowy conditions. Despite the system outage, she insisted on a $400 security deposit, citing policy. Resigned and exhausted at 3 am, I agreed to use a different card. After our argument, Judy agreed to let me stay if I walked back to the Fairfield Inn (2725 Geyser Drive) to ask the manager, Matthew, if that was okay. So, reluctantly, I did. After explaining and apologizing the manager gave me a room key for a room at the Fairfield just for the night. He said go get some sleep but the room he gave me wasn't ready. When my fiancé expressed displeasure about the room and Judy, Matthew, decided to escalate the situation by calling 911 and falsely claiming my fiancé alone was refusing to leave. He NEVER mentioned me in his report. The following day, discovering additional charges on my account, I returned to the Residence Inn. The woman working day shift IMMEDIATLY began treating me differently because of the night prior. She plastered on a fake smile and then made excuses for helping out 3 other people even though I was there first! Then, instead of helping she provided false information about holds on my account in order to stall me until the her boss showed up. I endured all of this only to discover that the entire night shift fabricated a report about us being violent and aggressive and refusing to leave. The day shift manager fixed the issue and then I left. This experience was a nightmarish sequence of lies and mistreatment. The evening shift staff, particularly Judy, Matthew, and their small security guard. Should reflect on their actions. This Marriott has proven to be the worst I've ever encountered. Potential guests, especially disabled veterans, should exercise caution and explore alternatives such as the LA Quinta Inn across the street. Beware of deceptive reviews; the staff at this establishment appears to be unified in dishonesty, even towards disabled veterans.

So we check in. The “balcony” looked out into the 2nd floor entry doors. No view at all. The bathroom had a dim light circling the mirror and that was the only light. The bathroom had only one towel. We called for an extra and when delivered there were 3 others on a shelf in the closet. The small extra sink outside the bathroom had no light over it. I was told that lots of things were that way (towels in closet ) because it was an “accessible” room. Seriously? We also received breakfast tickets at check in. However we found out we had to make breakfast reservations . And then we got to our dining room in the evening “they were ready to close “ We’d made on line reservations yesterday and apparently today was the first day of new hours which had not been transferred t on line yet. The staff left did seat and serve us and were very nice . There are golf carts that can take you from one building to another for dinner etc because everything is so spread out There was never one readily available. The people who drove us were staff from other departments, not transportation. Where were they? No “ manager was on duty that evening when we requested to speak to one. All in all a stay that gave me a headache. Found out as we were checking out that ownership is in the process of transferring to the Hyatt in a day or two and everything is “changing”. One can only hope so. To be fair, it according to some staff “ It didn’t used to be like this”

HHiromiL'ingresso frontale era in costruzione, quindi dovevamo scoprire come entrare nell'hotel. Non era molto ovvio. Ci siamo fermati nella stanza 221, che era 5 camere lontane da I-25. Possiamo sentire il traffico un po'. Uno di noi era un sonno leggero, ma poteva dormire la notte. Il letto era comodo. Il doccia era bello e pulito. Il fan del bagno era un po' alto. Non c'era nessuna lozione corporea nella stanza. Abbiamo chiesto al desk, ma non ne avevano neanche. Il colazione era ok. Immagina un boutique Motel 6. Le immagini sul sito web sono state ingannate. Non si può chiamare un hotel quando si è un motel rimodellato. Si può mettere labbro su un maiale....Mi piace il concetto di SCP, perché hanno alcune proprietà decente in alcuni luoghi davvero bello. Ma perché CoSpgs? Il posto è situato nel braccio della città. capacità di camminare zero. Possibili: l'ospitalità era superiore alla media. È stato un alloggio freddo con bar. La stanza era moderna e pulita. Il letto era comodo. Buono valore, nessuna tassa sneaky. Bene se passassi e avessi bisogno di un posto economico per rimanere. Negativi: decadimento strutturale. Sembrava che qualcuno stava girando la porta quando camminavano. La privacy della stanza non è grande a causa del design del motel. Alcune persone intorno alla proprietà.Alcuni usavano un picchiatore di foglie alle 12 del parcheggio. Molto rumore e suono non provavano bene. Vicinanza scettica.

Our room was clean, the staff was friendly but the hotel itself is in bad need of updated. Carpets are worn, wall need painting, wallpaper needs updating as it is torn in places. We hope the hotel gets the attention it needs as it is located in a great part of town and we would like to stay there again.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is filthy inside and out. The photos say it all. Do not believe the photos on their site. This hotel is Jekyll and Hyde. There is no comparison between what they show on their site and what they say about their site and what you will actually experience. Staff is argumentative and unresponsive. I arrived about 9:15 in the evening and it took her 20 minutes to check me in. This is a big complex. I was told how to get to the room but asked for a map. No maps. Going to the elevator was like descending into a black pit. No lighting. Found the room. No towels, no plastic cups; none of the simple amenities you get from the cheapest of independent motels/hotels. Holes in the wall from doorknobs. Baseboard separating from the wall. Lamp by the bedside had no plug on the end of the wire. Bare wire exposed. Overall grungy appearance. Microwave missing the turntable. Asked for another room. Two people now on duty but told that they could not leave the office to show me another room and would not give me a key so I could check out another room myself. Insisted I remove all my things from the room I'd been given before they would even show me another room. Removed my things. By then it was 11pm and she could show me a room. She selected two rooms. The first one smelled so bad she even commented on it but no towels, but it did have a turntable in the microwave. Not the right size but it was there. Went to the next room, the inside door handle came off in her hand when she went to close the door. Had towels but no cups. Given the lateness of the hour and my lack of knowledge of the area, I decided to take it. She gave me plastic cups. Next morning, I wanted to take a shower. Tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and report that I did not have any hot water. Phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone. Called the front desk to report no hot water and was told it was unavailable. No hot water--none, anywhere in the complex. At that point, I decided to leave. Went to the office to turn my key in and check out. The front office person screamed at me to get out of the lobby because only one person could be in the lobby at one time and she was working with someone. I left my key in the receptacle and left. There was a line of people outside the office waiting to conduct their business. One man had been in line for an hour. Checkout for any hotel I've ever stayed in is a matter of leaving the key either in the room or at the lobby. I've been a long time Red Roof Inn Rewards customer and this facility is the worst I've ever experienced by any hotel. The General Manager called me a few days later and was totally unapologetic. I subsequently received an email from him without any acknowledgement of the deplorable conditions I experienced. This facility does not reflect the quality I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn. The only reason I selected this property is because it was identified as
