Hotel in zona Rajagiriya Gardens, Colombo

Come pratica, di solito parlo a diversi collaboratori quando visitavo qualche posto prima di fare un vero commento per il miglioramento di quell'organizzazione. Visto tanti facciati tristi in questo luogo felice, ho pensato molto spesso se scrivere su questo o no. La cura dei clienti esterni è una buona cosa finché i clienti interni (i vostri dipendenti) si sentono anche equamente trattati. “I clienti non vengono prima. I dipendenti lo fanno. Se prendete cura dei vostri dipendenti, naturalmente si prenderanno cura dei clienti. Il vostro personale non sembra felice e come clienti possiamo sentire anche queste cose.

Dove posso iniziare a parlare di questo hotel? Da quando passeggiammo attraverso la porta, si pensava di essere in un hotel 5* con il livello di servizio che ricevete. La stanza era moderna e letti estremamente confortevoli. C'erano pochi pezzi di danni, ma non abbiamo visto nulla nel passato. L'unica influenza che ho avuto con la stanza è che perché la camera di costruire/ Non disturbare la luce LED è accanto al letto questa luce blu in una notte e può essere turbante. Un'ottima menzione per il nostro custode Gihan che ci tiene ben conservati in asciugamani e tutto timido. La piscina è ben mantenuta e le asciugamani sono di buona qualità. Abbiamo guardato in palestra e contrariamente a una precedente revisione le con operai d'aria. Il servizio bar e la gamma di bevande sono eccellenti, come il Café sul pavimento che ha eccellenti torte e è molto convenientemente prezzo. Infatti non possiamo crederci. Questo hotel è eccellente, belle camere grandi, molto pulite, bella piscina, cibo eccellente e rapporto qualità-prezzo, il miglior hotel di Colombo per il prezzo e il personale molto cordiale e attento

Sono in ritardo, ma il personale mi ha accolto con un sorriso.Non ho mangiato riso, quindi quando ho chiesto a un ristorante vicino, mi ha dato il cellulare e ha detto: ”Puoi ordinare Uber a mangiare, e poi il prezzo puo' essere. Inoltre, ho prenotato la colazione, ma quando ho detto che non potevo mangiare la colazione il mattino successivo, ha perso la colazione. Considerato l'importo, le strutture e la posizione sono circa questo, ma il personale è molto amichevole e buono. Anche la zona intorno al sito è buona.

Granbell colombo è il più bel hotel della città in colombo , offre davvero esperienza di ospite giapponese , cibo sono davvero deliziosi , l'hotel ha la più bella piscina infinità al tetto . Questa esperienza è molto attraente . Il bar di topo è un po'colpito in fine settimana.Ma il personale del bar fornisce un servizio veloce.Anche la camera ha caratteristiche moderne.E la camera ha una scheda di bagno.E'molto bello.L'esperienza complessiva è davvero degno di soldi.Il personale è stato molto amichevole. Mihiranga dalla reception ci aiuta molto amichevole durante il nostro soggiorno e il personale del ristorante Niroshan, il kasun è molto utile. Ci ritroveremo certamente. Grazie Granbell ❤

ITC Hotel in Colombo is like my second house for me and my family. ITC, which has a luxurious ambiance, great hospitality, and amazingly wide variety food, is highly recommended! coffee shop on the 2nd floor serves decent coffee, and a buffet restaurant on the 3rd floor provides fresh, healthy and delicious food and the bridge lounge on the 29th offers calm high-tea time with an amazing sunset view. All staff are very well trained so they make you feel comfortable. Especially I want to say thank you to a general manager Sujeet, a very generous manager Jalill and a Chef chamanta and a lady staff Tarushi. We can have a great life in SL because of you all.. Thank you so much.

The hotel was very comfortable- excellent bed, dark curtains, spacious. The shower was the best we have had in 2 weeks of travelling in Sri Lanka. The toiletries provided were very nice also. A driver picked us up from the airport and was there on time for a reasonable price which you paid the hotel (need cash for this). Breakfast was plentiful and eggs are cooked to order. We were able to have a late checkout on our last day which was much appreciated. All staff we had contact with were very pleasant. Two little hiccups occurred during our stay , one of which meant moving rooms which was a bit of a pain to pack everything up a second time but was dealt with swiftly and professionally by the staff. The room has a safe but it is not affixed to anything and thus is portable which may not please some. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a very pleasant and convenient hotel to stay when visiting Colombo.

Ok Folks una volta era uno dei migliori hotel in Sri Lanka, che è stato decenni fa, è uno dei pochi hotel del governo srilancano oggi. Questo non è così lussuoso per corrispondere a una cinque stelle, ma un bel hotel che si adatta bene a una tre stelle. Ci sono gli scalzi qui e là, è un vecchio edificio, si può trovare l'acqua calda non funziona o un interruttore rotto, scusa, l'hotel lavora molto duro per risolvere quelli con le poche risorse finanziarie che hanno. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e duro di lavoro. Se le chiedete qualcosa, non esitano a cercare di soddisfare meglio le vostre esigenze. L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato e lavorare duro per mantenere un buon menu di cibo. La gente lavora bene e duro, ma con le risorse finanziarie che hanno, ci sono limiti. In generale, è un buon hotel a 3 stelle con un menù decente di cibo e persone davvero gentili. Aiutateli prenotando le vostre camere con questo piccolo posto che ha una grande storia, più ospiti visitano questo posto, più soldi ricevono, così possono servirvi meglio la prossima volta che arrivate. Quando si fa il vostro recensione, cerca di guardare negli occhi di persone buone qui che stanno cercando di fare il vostro soggiorno migliore mai. Incoraggiate più persone a utilizzare questo hotel in modo da poter presto iniziare a cucinarvi con cinque stelle perfette.

My recent stay at Clock Inn Dehiwala was an absolute delight. The hotel location and exceptional service made it a memorable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the welcoming staffs Akash and Dara made me feel right at home. I arrived late at the night and check-in process was quick and smooth.Also they were giving me suggestions about my dinner for the night which is very thoughtful of them. The room was spacious ,clean and well decorated, bed and pillows are so comfortable and that makes me sleep like a baby through out the stay.The bathroom is like a half of the room size, shower area is seperated with glass doors. The breakfasts is excellent with a choice of continental and some local foods with fresh fruits, Juice and serials.Sangeedhaan is always will be there at live cooking station with a big smile to help you.The only suggestion I have is to have a cold milk during breakfast time. I really enjoyed the garden out side of the room where where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through out the day . The housekeeping staffs, Neris , Kogul and Sagar is so friendly and always will be there to assist with a big smile. Specially Neris,he will always greeted with a big smile. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, Clock Inn Dehiwala exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this charming hotel for a wonderful getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.

Siamo rimasti a bordo per 2 giorni. Le camere erano pulite e molto buone siamo vegetariani, quindi i pasti erano buoni e abbiamo avuto opzioni. Siamo stati così caldamente accolti da Sithmin. La posizione era fantastica e la vista al sole era calda. Ci siamo divertiti così felicemente.
