A great hotel. The best thing about it is the staff the guys who greet you at the door to the restaurant staff to housekeeping and the lounge staff, everyone is helpful and friendly.

This has been my favourite place when ever I visit Colombo and their service and location is perfect.

Location of this hotel was excellent but unfortunately service lets it down. At the breakfast buffet the first day was excellent after that it was a steady decline. We had to ask for a cup of coffee numerous times from different waiters before getting one minus sugar, saucers & teaspoons. One morning one of the managers in yellow tie picked up our plates unfortunately I hadn’t finished & had to grab my good before the plate was taken. With room service one time we had no hand towels that was no big deal the next day they cleaned the room & left no towels they told us they would be back in 5 mins with towels one & a half hours later we had to ring reception to be told they would send someone up straight away, over 2 hours later we finally received our towels. In the cafe we sat at a table had to ask for menus waited over an hour & a half but no one took our order! Not to mention our room bell rang at 11:10pm & someone trying to open our door when we shouted out they said they were bringing us water!

Convenient

The staff name Shukri at front desk should'nt become a front desk officer. No respect to customer, very bad body languange, voice tone so rude when speaking to guest, not only toward me. Most concierge staff far much better customer service rather then this particular front desk officer. Overall stay was good except that particular staff attitude.

Beautiful hotel, great location. A definite must to stay

We booked a room with extra bed fo 3 but when we arrived there was no extra bed in our room. It was late at night and they were very slow in bringing our extra bed. Hotel is not recommended.

hotel is located at Colombo 1 that takes less than an hour driving from airport. Official airport transfer charge is a little bit high. Room space not big but enough for businesses trip, but free WiFi speed is low. Gymnasium is small. Staff is very nice and breakfast is good.
