Despite repeated requests, the room was used for smoking, which resulted in strong odors and additional sanitation requirements.As per our policy, the standard deep cleaning charge for such cases is LKR 35,000. However, out of goodwill, we only charged LKR 5,000 — a significantly reduced amount — to avoid further inconvenience to you.Regarding your claim about missing items, we must respectfully clarify that this is entirely false. Our housekeeping staff are highly trained, trusted professionals. There was no report or evidence of any such incident during your stay. We are committed to maintaining a high level of service and cleanliness for all our guests. Reviews like this can have a lasting impact on our reputation, especially when the facts do not accurately reflect the situation.
