The staff was very nice, specially Imran who helped us a lot. The place was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the room we got was very poorly isolated, and you had the feeling you were sleeping on the street. It was very noisy and hard to sleep. We are confident the staff will take measures to improve this issue so that next guests can enjoy their stay

Небольшой отель в двух километрах от всех достопримечательностей и рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Номера и бельё чистые всё коммуникации работают исправно. Кондиционеры в каждом номере, отлично справляются. Также в номе чайник и небольшой холодильник. Чай, кофе, снежки обновляют каждый день. Персонал очень отзывчивый, особенно Imran, шёл дождь, выдал зонт. Один не большой минус, шумоизоляция на улицу. Остались довольны

Enjoyed my stay. Comfortable beds and pillows, stocked with all amenities, bathroom toiletries, and even complimentary snacks and cookies. Rooms were a little tight but didn't feel cramped. Everything was spotless. The location is great (very close to the shoreline, near a bus stop and many eateries, feels very safe) but the hotel's main entrance is a little tough to find. Also note they have a pretty stringent security system in place. You can't go from one floor of the hotel to another by stairs—you have to take the lift down to the bottom and go up, and the lift only goes up from the bottom with the guard's key card. Safe, but can be a pain, and i find myself worrying in case of a fire!

It was our first time in Sri Lanka and Colombo and we have never felt more welcome when arriving at a hotel. Imran welcomed us, ensured we were all set up in our room, offered us extensive help with the bus despite us arriving at 1 in the morning. He went above and beyond with providing the most amazing check in experience. The room was so clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would come back in a instant. Thank you so much Imran!!!!

Bad management and bad staff…. You can feel you are not welcome and they just want your money…They are careless and buildings is poorly maintained. The usd rate they use is a scam we have been told 55 dollars and we paid 19200 srl which is equivalent to 65 dollars.

The hotel was very good and the location was also very good. It was very centrally located in relation to shopping opportunities and places to eat. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay and our rooms were very nice. We would like to say a big thank you to the following employees Imran, Imdad, Nufar and Huk, who were very friendly and very helpful. We can definitely recommend this hotel to others and the price is also acceptable

This small hotel is located in a nice place near the railway station and shopping mall. The room is small bad clean and comfortable. The best I want to speak about is the hotel staff. Imdad is very friendly and helpful. The receptionists are also always nice to us.

Отличный комфортный отель со всем необходимым, кровать вообще супер. Есть рабочее место, интернет хороший. Было реально комфортно, неожиданно лучше чем на фото. Разрешили раннее заселение. Кондиционер, вентилятор, горячая вода, сейф. Не понравилось · Ощущение строгача какое-то только, требование платить в долларах (но принимают карты), затребовали сертификат вакцинации (это январь 2023, когда все отменили уже как 2 месяца), на дверях надписи что нельзя приводить гостей. После кучи добродушных гестхаусов показалось как-то слишком серьезно. Район немного странный, много бездомных., но ходил даже ночью, нормально обошлось. В целом тихо, но если кто-то в коридоре начинает разговаривать то шумно, персоналу лучше вести себя тише, особенно с утра
