Hotel in zona Ufer Rodenkirchen, Colonia

A great location and a top-class hotel with great bedrooms and fantastic service. Situated below the Cathedral and a short work from the Central station, it's a short hop from the airport. The hotel is ideal for the local attractions and shopping areas. We had breakfast in the hotel once but weren't happy with the cost nor the quality. However, the hotel was of high quality with well equipped rooms which were comfortable and quiet. The seating and reception area is lovely and, after arriving late at night, we loved the little shop in reception selling snacks and drinks. Staff were wonderful. A lovely few days in a lovely city. I'd recommend arriving at night and then walking out of reception in the morning to see the amazing views of the Cathedral.

Sala sporca, inigiene e fraudolente: non prenotare una stanza e non dargli mai un visto, o farli pagare anche dopo la cancellazione. Sono andato a Colonia con un amico per due giorni. Abbiamo due camere molto sporche. La polvere era tutto. Gli angoli della stanza non erano stati puliti da anni (e non è eccessivamente), il telaio non era stato vuoto, il fango era ancora sul suolo, e ci erano tinture ovunque, e i bianchi non erano di colore scolorito, ma di colore increspato con punti marroni. Questo è stato davvero inaccettabile. Era così inigienico che non eravamo disposti a rimanere. Il proprietario/ricevitore dell'hotel ci aveva scusato e cercava di convincerci a lasciare la stanza pulita di nuovo che potevamo avere un altro posto più pulito. Tuttavia, abbiamo ancora avuto la possibilità di cancellare prima delle 18:00 e abbiamo controllato con la piattaforma di prenotazione che ha confermato che era entro il termine e che l'annullamento era gratuito. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha detto che era tutto a posto e non dovevamo cancellare tramite la piattaforma di prenotazione, avremmo recuperato tutti i soldi, ma non avevamo ancora pagato, avevano solo un numero di carta di visto. E non erano disposti a dare prove che abbiamo cancellato, non potevano ”dare una nota”, e solo dopo più di un'ora erano disposti a scrivere che abbiamo dato le chiavi quando avevamo visto la stanza e cancellato la stanza. Siamo stati consapevoli delle loro menti e abbiamo annullato la piattaforma anche in tempo per avere prove aggiuntive. Quando siamo andati, hanno detto che dovremmo fidarci di loro e che l'annullamento era gratuito. Due giorni dopo hanno prelevato la stanza nonostante il costo massimo di annullamento potesse essere solo un La nostra carta di credito è stata presentata con un'offerta di credito limitata e gratuita prima delle 18:00. Ci ha portato una denuncia formale per ottenere i nostri soldi. Questi fraudolenti sono criminali che non si può fidare. Non paghiamo mai in anticipo! Non dare mai accesso al vostro Visa o alla carta di credito!

Sono arrivato alle 2:00 del mattino e il servizio è stato eccellente dal turno notturno. Il colazione è un grande buffet con una grande selezione. La posizione è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale di Colonia. Per i viaggiatori di business altamente raccomandato.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e facile da trovare. Il personale era molto amichevole e c'è una possibilità per il colazione. Ci è un lobby dove si può avere ancora e spargimento d'acqua gratis, l'ho trovato molto conveniente.

L'hotel può essere un po' stravagante per quanto riguarda la decorazione e gli spazi, ma il servizio è eccellente, la disponibilità del personale è molto buona, la camera pulita, confortevole e con tutto il necessario per godersi se non si cerca lusso. La colazione buffet è molto buona, a mio parere un po' costosa, ma non c'è niente da dire sulla varietà e la quantità. Vicino al metro e a una distanza camminata dalla Cologne hbf e da siti turistici come la cattedrale, il fiume, ecc. questo lo rende un buon luogo di base sia per viaggi di business (Cologne Messe) o per il turismo.

Abbiamo avuto 5 camere durante l'esposizione Orgatec. Hotel era nuovo, i dipendenti erano gentili, il colazione era buono e in generale era un hotel pulito. Non è nel centro della città, ma è davvero facile raggiungere Rudofplatz o Heumarkt con 2 linee tram e richiede solo 5 fermate. Ci sono stati anche alcuni ristoranti e supermercati intorno per le nostre esigenze. Per questo abbiamo goduto del nostro soggiorno in hotel. Solo una cosa negativa, è necessario informare la ricezione ogni mattina per le camere di pulizia. In caso contrario non era pulito. (non siamo informati di questo durante il check-in, quindi abbiamo imparato che dopo il primo giorno) Anche se abbiamo informato che per ogni giorno, il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno 2/5 le camere non sono pulite. A parte questo, era tutto ben pulito

We booked a last minute trip to Köln and booked a 2 double room. We had to pay €200,00 deposit in cash. There was no other way to pay cash. After we got the money we only get the money back when we don’t smoke in one the rooms. After we arrived we went straight to a rave party and came back to sleep 4hours and check out before 12:00. So we did everything as they asked but the receptionist said that we smoked in our room because they allegedly found ashes on the balcony of the window. We didn’t even openend a window and we ran out of cigarettes. I smoked the last one in front of their hotel. They took pictures of the balcony and showed some ashes. The picture could have been from any other room cause they all look each other. So we didn’t get our money back they called the police on us. Police says they can’t do anything about it and that we have to file a complaint. When we asked to see the previous pictures of the room from the previous guests they say they don’t check it every time. So how can they be sure it wasn’t someone’s else previously.

Un ottimo soggiorno! L'hotel offre buon servizio, camere confortevoli e una posizione eccellente. Il personale è stato estremamente amichevole e utile. Lo consiglio molto e mi aspetto la mia prossima visita!

Our honeymoon trip took us here for the first night. We wanted to stop in Cologne to see some sights the next morning, This was a perfect location just off the motorway, and only 20 minutes back in to Cologne. When we arrived, the staff member that saw us in was pleasant, satisfactory English, but seemed to lack any personality, like she was bored. The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we arrived, when we queried this, we were told its a breakfast only facility. I asked for some recommendations for the local area to get some dinner, I was handed an A4 sheet with multiple eateries. My Wife and I like to read some reviews before going, and found only a couple out of the whole list was on Google or Trip Advisor, so not the most helpful. OK if your not bothered though. Dimitri Grill up the road, about 20 minute walk, I highly recommend this place! (Reviewed separately) The room was pleasant, odd shape, clean and comfortable. It had a safe, sofa and chairs, bed was hard, which was nice. The shower was amazing, could have stayed in there all day. The room however was only made up for one person, we had to call down to get more bedding and towels. These turned out to be single duvets only. The hotel don't stock double or king, only singles. There was a coffee and tea facilities however the kettle is only useable under the wall mounted TV, so the steam and heat goes in to the TV, the coffee was not nice at all, and again was only made up to be enough for one. Car park was odd, its free to get in with a barrier that goes up automatically when you move towards it, however to get you need a token from reception to leave. The staff did remind us of this, however there was no check on if we were guests or not. If your a light sleeper due to light, take an eye mask as the curtains are as thin as cotton. If your looking for a pamper, or some fluffy stuff, this is not the hotel. This is purely a business hotel, or a bed and go kind of hotel.
