Hotel con piscina a Colonia

Locatie prima. Service receptie zakelijk en kortaf. Badjassen tijdens hele verblijf niet verkrijgbaar. Prijzen bij afrekenen hotelbar anders dan op op de kaart. Geld terug en geen woord verder. Zwembad te koud wat niet uitnodigt om te gaan zwemmen. Sauna’s prima. Ontbijt ook. Tijdens ons verblijf veel gesloten of maar beperkt open wat het geheel wat een trieste indruk geeft. Grote gebouw ademt vergane glorie en voor de prijs die men vraagt mag of moet het gewoon beter.

Gosh should I write this as for me its my safe haven and guilty pleasure ( as i always book longer than i require for biz ) I travel extensively for biz and understand value and quality and this place delivers for sure. Its now edging into Summer and the terrace has splendid views, the attention to detail in all rooms updated and the customer team tweaked to reflect its 2023 vibe. For me its an absolute no brainer, celebrate a great location, awesome FKK Therme / Spa and prices that are superb ( plus a massage from Tobias changed my life ) - okay its not perfectly corporate - BUT - I am a travel writer and indeed food stylist - corporate traveler. Wowzer why stay any where else in Cologne - BUT TELL ANYBODY I TOLD YOU - PLEASE

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights for business in May. The hotel is pretty new - I think less than 2 years old. The rooms are quite big, with full kitchen amenities (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, full set of glasses. The surprise was there was no kitchen roll for cleaning - all the apartments of these types of hotels have some cleaning paper. The location is very close to Koln Messe Deutz station, and we made easy travel arrangements by train to the Dusseldorf fair. The room is clean, the windows are opening (a big plus), and the façade is quite modern. The hotel is quiet, especially since my room faced the open courtyard, which was super quiet, even sleeping with open windows. Breakfast is OK, nothing spectacular, and I think a bit overpriced for the 23 EUR per person. The only problems we had were with sporadic services and some items in the room malfunctions: I had electricity problems with the power supply (caused by a defect in the dishwashing machine which could not be switched off - The fuse went off). I had a problem with the telephone. For every problem, I had to drag to the reception (unable to talk on the phone). The coffee in the room was delivered in the first few days, the next 2 days, and there was no new coffee pack (to make your French press). One day I did not have big towels delivered (the housekeeping did not replace the used towels on the bathroom floor, and I had to go to the reception to ask for them. I would give that hotel 3 stars, but the best surprise was the super fast internet connection (free). We had 200 MB/sec, perfect for surfing and streaming.

La peggiore colazione che abbia mai avuto in un hotel, caffè fasullo e bacon bruciato. La ragazza della reception per niente cordiale. La stanza essenziale! La posizione dell’hotel discreta invece, non troppo distante dal centro. Hotel molto rumoroso e la mattina alle 7 vi sveglieranno le campane della chiesa accanto

Il miglior hotel di viaggio in Germania, il ristorante occidentale del secondo piano, è particolarmente sorpreso. È necessario prenotare in anticipo la notte.I dettagli del servizio sono molto ben controllati.L'hotel è un hotel ufficiale designato dalla Copa europea.Fortunatamente ho visto anche i giocatori in Inghilterra e Belgio.

Il check-in più difficile che abbia mai avuto. Ho chiamato 1 giorno in anticipo per estendere la mia prenotazione. L'hotel non aveva aggiornato la prenotazione, voleva pagare il 50% di più e ha accettato di onorare il prezzo con molta stronzate, stronzate e maledetti in tedesco. Poi hanno chiesto il pagamento anticipato e mi hanno chiesto se la licenza del mio conducente fosse reale, perché ovviamente non sono tedesco. Mi hanno poi informato che non vi erano servizi di pulizia o ospiti a causa della corona, nonostante il loro soggiorno in Germania questo mese e la fornitura di servizi di base, e hanno detto che tutti gli altri erano in violazione della legge. A questo punto, dopo 30 minuti di argomento, ho deciso di trovare un altro hotel. Assolutamente rubin.

Hotel is located about 6km from the city center on a busy intersection, no public transport nearby. Car parking is 10€/24h, not the most expensive but a shame they don't offer this service free of charge. Edeka supermarket, KFC and McDonald's right across the road. Rooms are spacious but with carpet, pillow 'menu' available, fridge and coffee facilities in the room. No toiletries in the bathroom though, would have made a difference in service. Vending machines in the lobby are really overpriced, 3€ for a small botlle of lemonade is too high. We didn't use the sauna, but we were told by reception it was open. Breakfast was ok but didn't really get replenished after 10.20, a shame. No more boiled eggs, pancakes were cold. It did have smoked salmon, which I can always appreciate. Overall, we had a good night sleep, but as soon as you open the window the outside noise from traffic is a downer. Not sure though why this hotel is rated 4*, let's say its a solid 3*+

Dopo aver avuto qualche problema con la mia stanza in combinazione con la zona di piscina non aperta il giorno dell'arrivo (26 dicembre), il consiglio e il direttore sono riusciti a risolvere tutto in modo rapido e meraviglioso. Poiché la cova non è stata superata e la zona di piscina è stata utilizzata da un residente per gli anziani, abbiamo dovuto ottenere un test rapido di cova prima di entrare nella piscina. Questo è stato gestito rapidamente e se si prova positiva (che non è stato fortunatamente il caso), non ci sono altre conseguenze per non essere in grado di nuotare.Molto bel piscina e tubo caldo nonostante le restrizioni. La ricezione è molto buona con un personale molto amichevole, una posizione eccellente ma soprattutto, un personale molto gentile e professionale.

Sicuramente un buon hotel, con qualche limite relativo al ristorante: la cena a buffet un po' scarsa e poco saporita, la colazione senza croissant ... Niente di assolutamente negativo, comunque, poiché gli ambienti sono confortevoli e puliti ed il personale è molto gentile.

The Hotel is located at the heart of the town which is a huge plus as everything is accessible and you do not even need to hire a car. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and try their best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable for example the breakfast staff realized that we are eating vegetarian food they surprised us by kindly providing more options to give us plenty to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. We will definitely return to our favorite hotel. Rania AL-Awadi
