Hotel con parcheggio a Colonia

Quietly, conveniently and serenely stayed at this hotel for the past 6 days. Good to recommend this hotel as a priority choice especially for cologne travellers who preferable to stay away from bustling areas. An enjoyable back and forth daily walk from hotel to train station whereby some good restaurants are the best solutions of our hungers. Highly recommended to stay and definitely will stay again in the future. Thank you..

La posizione non è esattamente nel centro, ma si trova a piedi dalla vecchia città e dalla Chiesa di Colonia. Comunque, c'è un treno che davanti alla stazione, solo bisogno di fare un po' di studio, quindi si può sapere dove e come andare all'aeroporto e alla stazione. La colazione è buona e la camera è comoda. In generale, un buon soggiorno.

Hygien, room, bed, quietness everything was great except that I got this problem with the receptionists. So I did explain to all the receptionist (that I saw-because I understand they work in shifts) that I lost 2 luggages due to the airline's mistake and airline will send them to this hostel where I would be staying (for 1 night only). I explained that if someone sent luggages here, please tell me asap because I needed to catch a train to Amsterdam the nextday noon. Imagine 35kg of personal belongs just dissapeared, I didnt have toothbrush, clean clothings.... I reminded them everything 3-4 hours when I saw a receptionist. After almost 27 hours of waiting in worry (which made me cannot enjoy the city), I talked to one receptionist to please check 1 more time becauze the airlines mailed me that they did send to the hostel at 4:30pm in the day I checked-in hostel, (only 4-5 hours after my flight time), she let me go it the luggage room and my luggages were there the whole time! So I waited in pain for 22 hours for nothing. I think it would be a bit obvious when 1 guy in delivery company uniform went in with 2 luggages and said ”this is from one of your customer.” But the receptionist just forgot it quickly and didnt tell me. I had to change a lot of my plan and I was feeling terible and stressful with the waiting and fear of lost luggages. Beside that, the condition of rooms, facilities, warm water, sound proof windows were great.

Locatie prima. Service receptie zakelijk en kortaf. Badjassen tijdens hele verblijf niet verkrijgbaar. Prijzen bij afrekenen hotelbar anders dan op op de kaart. Geld terug en geen woord verder. Zwembad te koud wat niet uitnodigt om te gaan zwemmen. Sauna’s prima. Ontbijt ook. Tijdens ons verblijf veel gesloten of maar beperkt open wat het geheel wat een trieste indruk geeft. Grote gebouw ademt vergane glorie en voor de prijs die men vraagt mag of moet het gewoon beter.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Facile andare in giro. Vicino a tutti i servizi, molti ristoranti con cucine diverse nella zona. Piccola camera con letto matrimoniale ben arredata e abbastanza confortevole nonostante il piccolo spazio nell'armadio. Pulito. Non ci sono tazze per la doccia, ma solo sapone per tutte le parti del corpo, compresi i capelli. Il personale mi ha fornito un bollitore su richiesta, così ho potuto prendere una tazza di tè in camera mia. La colazione continentale è molto soddisfacente. E questo hotel offre il miglior cappuccino di Colonia.

I'm a Steigenberger fan. And this was my third stay at the Köln hotel. This year, it was clear quality of services and amenities dropped, from the collapse of the computer system right at the start of Gamescom, to long waits to speak with staff. The hotel needs more seasoned hands on deck. Staff is helpful & friendly, but overworked. Not happy with the half glass wall that separates part of the shower from the rest of the bathroom. It's a poor design that leaves the bathroom floor wet. Get a proper sliding door in place or a shower curtain. The bottom of the bathroom door showed clear signs of water damage. Also, don't flag all your green initiatives when you offer non-recyclable metal pods for the Espresso machine. Breakfast was great, parking nearby, love the location and neighborhood. But the hotel felt shabbier and service slide was notable from a year ago.

Potrei perdonare 10 punti per il servizio. Avrei scelto l'hotel con il thermo per festeggiare il mio compleanno con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo arrivato troppo presto, ma abbiamo comunque potuto entrare. Nel ristorante siamo stati serviti molto precoce e amichevole e quando si è accertato che il mio compleanno è prossimo o addirittura decorare un tavolo extra. In generale, il cibo era anche molto buono il termismo era sensazionale. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e ringraziarci molto. 

È molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Colonia, a 10 minuti a piedi, e nell'isolato opposto della strada commerciale. È tranquillo nel trambusto, circondato da numerosi supermercati e ristoranti. È molto comodo andare alla cattedrale e alla via commerciale. La stanza è igienica e pulita, la velocità di Internet è molto veloce, l'area pubblica è ampia e confortevole, è un business hotel di fascia alta con prestazioni ad alto costo.

Very clean, modern hotel. Nice view from the window, especially when being on the 16th floor! It's around 20 mins walk from the center- except that, everything was perfect.

In Germania c'è un aria condizionata, e l'estate calda è molto salva.La reception è molto atteggiata, le strutture non hanno le gambe posteriori di quattro stelle.La posizione è molto buona, il centro città è comodo e i negozi circostanti sono super.Cinque stelle sono raccomandati, non so perché Google ha così basso il punteggio.La reception è molto educata
