Camere piccolissime, in particolare il bagno con un lavandino 30x40cm. Impossibile accedere al bagno in due persone. Le foto pubblicate dall'hotel sono truffaldine e non corrispondenti alla realtà. Pulizia approssimativa e più che discutibile, polvere ovunque. In 5 notti nessun cambio di lenzuola. Materasso e cuscini di pessima qualità, scomodissimi. Lenzuola usurate e con strappi. Servizi insesistenti. Dopo le nove di sera la reception chiude ed è impossibile avere un caffe, dell'acqua o altro. Uno del nostro gruppo è arrivato verso la mezzanotte trovando una camera senza telo doccia e asciugamani. Ha dovuto attendere il giorno dopo per averli. Colazione con scarsa varieta e qualità. Il pane, che in Germania è solitamente ottimo, è gommoso e sembra essere del giorno prima. Rapporto prezzo qualità: il peggiore di sempre. Viaggio molto in tutto il mondo per lavoro, ho quindi una lunga esperienza al riguardo. Last but not least, la mia azienda ha prenotato 6 camere in Ottobre 2021. La settimana prima, quando la nostra prenotazione non poteva più essere modificata, abbiamo scoperto che i prezzi erano stati abbassati del 25%. Ci siamo sentiti semplicemente truffati. Con un early booking i prezzi dovrebbero essere più vantaggiosi, ma in questo hotel è esattamente il contrario. Abbiamo ovviamente chiesto uno sconto, ma con grande arroganza e maleducazione la direttrice dell'hotel ha respinto la nostra richiesta. In conclusione, hotel fortemente sconsigliato.

The hotel is in the heart of the Christmas markets! Walking distance to the river and a multitude of shops and restaurants! The breakfast is good. The room is petite and comfortable. It has a mini fridge but no microwave. The front desk staff were nice!

Great first night! Walking distance to the Christmas Market and plenty of restaurants. The room is modern, not large but cozy. Bathroom is petite with great water pressure. The room got chilly and we couldn’t find the thermostat. There’s a mini fridge, but no microwave however there’s breakfast available. The desk staff are very nice. I would stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to the Cologne Christmas Markets and because we required a triple room.
The location of the hotel is convenient - close to tram stop and a few mins walking distance of the Christmas Market at Heumarkt. There is also a great Brauhaus just around the corner for German beer and food.
However, the hotel is on a main road and the traffic was incredibly noisy - even after midnight you should expect to hear drunken shouting, sirens, fast cars driving past etc outside. Our room was also located opposite the elevator, so we could hear every guest on our floor using it and all of their conversations. On our second night a male guest was very loud returning from their night out and as they got off the elevator around 2am they purposefully banged on our door very loudly which was a little scary (I assume they were drunk). If choosing to stay here, keep your doors firmly locked and pack ear plugs if you want any sleep.
In terms of cleanliness, it was quite a dusty room. The sink was very slow to drain water. There was also occasionally a “dirty pipe/sewage” smell in the bathroom - I imagine the sinks need some drain unblocker/cleaning products!
Beds are quite hard and pillows are very lumpy.
On a positive note, the staff we did encounter seemed friendly - check in and check out was quick and easy.
Overall, we chose this hotel purely for location and convenience, but would not choose to stay here again.

De hoofdkussens zijn te dun/slap. We hebben extra gevraagd, maar ook deze waren erg dun, dus hielp niet echt. Wel goede en snelle service, kwamen het direct brengen. Ook vroegen we een waterkoker en kregen deze direct bezorgd. Er was een bureaulampje kapot en ook deze is direct vervangen. Ontbijt prima en genoeg keuze en goede koffie. De afstand tot de kerstmarkten is ideaal dichtbij en goed aan te lopen. We misten wel een (bar) ruimte oid, waar je even wat kan drinken met elkaar. De ontbijtruimte zou hier geschikt voor kunnen zijn.

Hotel liegt gut in der Kölner Altstadt. Fussläufig vom HBf. Zimmer sind relativ geräumig und sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Rezeption aus den 80er täuscht gegenüber dem Interieur der Zimmer. Trotz Lage an der Verkehrsstraße sehr leise.

Good location, but little things to note. Only get Internet access for one device. No coffee/tea facilities. No air conditioning which at 31 degrees is a joke as window on a main road with no option to tilt. So can only leave it all the way open we stuck a coat hanger in it to jam it open as alternative provided is rubbish. But then very noisy. Stay at hotel maritime if looking as although on the surface it looks more expensive it's not! We thought we would save £100 but didn't. No safe. Rooms pretty small

Poor cleanliness of the room. There were dirty and unclean items in the room (broken and dusty fan, glasses with lipstick marks, dirty walls, shower with dust residue and dirt on the ceiling) sheets with stains. The room has no air conditioning despite the high price paid (250€ per night). My complaints were answered by the structure and booking to have free breakfast and to be able to take some drinks from the minibar, apart from that in a structure of this kind I refuse to have breakfast, but especially if I do not sleep at night because in the room there are 32-38 'that you can not keep the windows open because they protrude over the beds or enters the smog from the cars below, the noise and especially the light of the hotel sign that illuminates the room, how should improve my stay having free breakfast? I was very disappointed and angry with this hotel.
