最值得推薦的是位置！距離科隆火車站和科隆大教堂幾百米距離，而且鬧中取靜。服務設施都很好，衹是有一點不太滿意：他們家自己網站上的價格比攜程價格還低！發現後略感不爽。

主火旁邊一眾酒店裡比較便宜的，沒啥説的，就是主火那個環境，還是要注意安全。
服務態度挺好，不過設施什麼和周圍幾家相比非常平庸。

La camera al nostro arrivo non era ancora pronta ma ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli. Abbiamo trovato la camera scomoda (materasso cigolante), poco pulita (sul copri materasso era presente una macchia) e con un costante cattivo odore. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e gentile.

I arrived around 4PM. The door was closed. No staff around. I was asked to enter a keycode, which I did not have. Being from USA, I had no cell phone connection without internet. I went back to the train station to get internet connection and call my wife. After sometime she called me back with a keycode. I went back to the hotel and this time could enter. I do not understand why the keycode and instructions were not sent to me!!!

Friendly staff. The receptionist went out of his way to gave us suggestion in how to spent the few hours we were to be in the city Nice surprise to find out that some of the staff spoke Spanish, my first language. Good location for our own plans.

Great value, central location and friendly hosts. Breakfast was very filling and good tasting. Shower was powerful and balcony a nice touch for enjoying evenings Would stay again next time in Cologne.

Reception closed on arrival (4.30pm) but they had sent a code for lock box at entry. Location was good for train station and cathedral. Room good. Bathroom light on a sensor that doesn't pick up when you're in the shower and leaves you in the pitch dark.

Great location just minutes from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The Cologne Cathedral is also within 10 minute walk. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Muller.

The staff was very friendly and multilingual. It has a VERY convenient location: close (read: walkable) to lots of attractions and the train station. Good food options also close by. They also offer sleeping cots for children at no additional charge. Definitely recommend!
