Tertemiz, konforlu ve fiyatı çok iyi bir otel. Konumu itibarıyla mükemmel. Her yere yayan çok rahat gidilebilir. Otobüs, tramvay vs durakları çok yakın mesafede. Otel çok temiz ve çalışanlar kibar.

schönes Hotel,sehr saubere Zimmer, super Lage und Service wird hier groß geschrieben! kann es nur empfehlen.

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen, die lobby duftete immer sehr gut und der Service war schnell und Freundlich. Der Teppich in den gängen hatte einige flecken aber das Zimmer war sauber. Die Betten und Kissen waren etwas hart und die Fernseher schon etwas älter aber im grossen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurzen aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ganz klar das grösste Plus.

Great property. Rooms are large and well appointed. Bed was great. Nice decor throughout hotel. Location is on the Rhine and short 15 walk to Old Town and hundreds of shops and restaurants. Easy 20 minute walk to famous Cologne Cathedral and train station. Morning breakfast is fantastic. Huge variety. One cautionary note. We stayed four nights in river side room. Three nights there was loud music in the plaza next to the riverside of hotel. One night the music literally shook our room. Fortunately the music ended at 10pm but it was very noticeable and disquieting to say the least. If you go to bed early stay on the street side of hotel. Nice terrace atop hotel. All in all wonderful experience at this hotel.

The room isn't a bad size and the staff are lovely, but it wasn't the cleanest which I hate. I bought anti bac wipes with me and I have added a photo of the dirt that came off of one of the chairs in the room, it's disgusting. The air con control was hanging of the wall and the toilet roll holder kept tipping and the toilet roll kept falling off, there is also no fan in the bathroom so every time we had a shower the bathroom completely misted up so we had to open a window in the room and leave the bathroom door open to clear it. The curtains were also stained, as was the sofa, altogether yuck! The breakfast was good but when they don't clean what is in sight what is it like behind the scenes!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was working for 12 days in town doing a job that wasn't going well, so this was a welcome sanctuary away. The staff here were fantastic, always very helpful, courteous and ready to help with any request. The breakfast buffet had a really varied selection of food and drink. It was very nice when I chose to eat outside on a sunny morning. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was enjoyable, roomy and warm! The room was very clean and had a nice big TV. I was lucky enough to have a river view, it was nice looking outside onto the water. It is located just a 10 minute walk from a big square with lots of bars and restaurants. I would recommend staying here, and I'd be happy to return.

Not a worthy owner of the Radisson name. Great location for Christmas markets and Cologne itself. Room - large but disappointing. Very comfortable bed. Windows weren't sealed properly - a previous occupant had stuffed toilet paper around the edge seal to try to block noise and wind. Looked a mess, still noisy and drafty and maintenance/ cleaning team obviously not noticed. Light fitting loose in sealing. Needs updating. Reception staff on arrival were abrupt. On departure, they were very helpful. Breakfast was very good for choice and quality. Fresh, tasty, hot and cold. Vegan selection available. Dining room seating was tight in places. Breakfast staff were unhelpful and mostly unfriendly. Biggest disappointment was the bar. Advertised as a 24 hour bar for residents. Two nights out three, there were corporate functions on, and the bar was closed. We were abruptly told no bar drinks but could have a beer from the reception shop. We really wanted a brandy with a coffee or a gin and tonic maybe. Don't advertise a 24 hour bar for residents, if not available. I know the festive season is busy, but don't penalise your residents. There are many hotels in Cologne. I would want reassuring that these problems had been rectified. Come on Radisson! You need to do better than this.

I have stayed at many hotels for business and leisure and it is very rare to find one that matches the photos so closely. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, really lovely. The sink was in the bedroom which was unusual but I got used to it quickly. The bed was super comfortable and so big! I chose the Queen Room Rhine view which had an indoor balcony and a window that opened out so great river views. There is a roof terrace, great for taking photos across the city with a mix of outdoor furniture. I didn’t select breakfast because at 23 euros it was expensive. I had a drink at the bar both nights and had good and attentive service. There was a Christmas Market next to the hotel and it is located next to the Chocolate Museum. There is a bus 133 that takes you to the centre of Cologne and the cathedral and there is also a tour train that takes you to all 5 Christmas Markets, hop on hop off for 15 euros. That was another useful way to get to all the markets as the Chocolate Museum is one of the stops on the tour. I really enjoyed my stay the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a well located place to stay in Cologne and explore the town.

Bafflingly an ‘artistic decision’ means the sink is in the bedroom not the bathroom giving a student bed-sit vibe. The bathroom itself doesn’t have anywhere to set clothes or your belongings so you’ll just have to toss them on the floor. All very Tracey Emin. Everything else is fine but I’d not stay again because of the bathroom - a shame.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right on the river, about a 10/15 walk along the river to the start of the centre. Next to the Chocolate museum. As it was so close to the centre, I was able to easily walk back to the hotel when I felt like it, I didnt need to stay out all day. All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early and the room was huge. I had a room on the road side and couldn't hear a sound with the window closed. ( I'm sure if you sat in silence and tried really hard you might hear something!) The bed was massive, it was clean, had a safe and a mini fridge. Yes the sink is in the main room area but this didn't bother me and actually would be quite practical if there were 2 staying. The shower was large and had gorgeous Elemis toiletries, with seperate shampoo and conditioner, which I always appreciate. There was a bottle of water and 2 little chocolates. A nice touch. The TV had lots of channels in many languages (not that I was there much to watch it) I had a very resonably priced drink in the bar at night, sat by the river as the sun set! And was given complimentary nuts too. I didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on price or quality. All in all, I would definately return and look at their hotels in other cities too.

We wanted to visit Cologne with our family and really enjoyed our stay at the art'otel Cologne. An excellent location in the centre of the town. The hotel has very nice rooms and a superb breakfast. Thank you.

friendly staff, perfect location, clean rooms, good view from window. receptionist gave us helpful information about trams and buses. he recommended restaurants, bars and shopping streets. there’s nothing to complain about. everything was great.
