schönes Hotel,sehr saubere Zimmer, super Lage und Service wird hier groß geschrieben! kann es nur empfehlen.

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen, die lobby duftete immer sehr gut und der Service war schnell und Freundlich. Der Teppich in den gängen hatte einige flecken aber das Zimmer war sauber. Die Betten und Kissen waren etwas hart und die Fernseher schon etwas älter aber im grossen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurzen aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ganz klar das grösste Plus.

Resepsiyondan Taxi isteyince neden Limuzin geliyor? Belki ben istemiyorum Limuzin gelmesini. Ben normal beyaz Taxi istiyorum. Burada bir sistem var galiba, ne zaman gelsek hep Taxi isteriz ama hep limuzin gelir. Ben bunun cevabını istiyorum resepsiyon tarafından.

I recently stayed at the Art'otel in Cologne and had a delightful experience. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. Additionally, the bedroom was lovely, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere to relax in after a day of exploring the city. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the Art'otel to anyone visiting Cologne.

very modern and nice hotel - great little gym room and sauna (did not tried that). Interesting art on the walls and in the interiour.

Conveniently located next to the harbour and an easy walk to everywhere in the city. Only down side was the hotel parking garage was full so we had to park else where in the city.

Just stayed at the artòtel for 2 nights with a group of 18 of us visiting the Christmas markets. Great hotel, centrally located to the town (10 /15 min walk) and a visit to the cathedral is a must. Great facilities at the hotel, fantastic breakfast and the rooms were very clean and spacious. I was given an upgrade due to the celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary ao that was a nice touch. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend. Oh and the boat ride on the River is a must which is easily accessible around a 100 yards down from the hotel.

Nice hotel centrally located by the Rhein, clean and tastefully decorated. Not luxury but very adequate.

The rooms are clean and have a really nice look!

Above and beyond is what I have to say. I had trouble with my excessively large rental car and Julia from reception literally got in the vehicle and helped me navigate through the city and park it. She was so kind and helpful, I was very grateful for her empathy and willingness to help. The rest of the reception and hotel staff were very kind and courteous, and I received help from reception the next day to exchange my rental vehicle. It is a nice and clean hotel, with lovely views, and I had a great stay.

Hotel is nice, modern, interesting art on display in it and in a good location with secure parking. The only let down from us was the air conditioning cannot seem to cope with 28 degrees C summer days. Our room was hot and humid during our stay which meant sleeping was not comfortable.

Really nice hotel, got a great room! Had a beautiful view. However the blackout curtains made no difference, the room wasn’t dark at all at 6-7 o’clock, kind of annoying. Also the central ac didn’t do much when it was 31° outside… Park under the bridge for 5€ instead of paying 25€ for the garage if you are budget aware.
