Das ist mein erstmal in diesem Hotel aber gefällt mir sehr , nur das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen klein und war draußen gegenüber .

ホテルのフロントとレストランが同じ出入口で　少し解りづらかった　あと　エレベーターがないので大きな荷物の人は大変そうだった　フロントやレストランのスタッフはフレンドリーだった

屋根裏部屋の様な場所でしたが、それが逆に楽しくいい経験になりました。エレベーターがないので階段を上がって4階まで。チェックインの時、女性が1つスーツケースを持って上がってくださいました。ありがとう。各階の部屋に上がるにはカードキーがないと入れないのでセキュリティもバッチリ！バーはとってもいい雰囲気で、朝ごはん付きだったのですが、ハムやサラミ、ソーセージが10種類程、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、コーヒー、スクランブルエッグ、パン類…とっても美味しかった。テレビは小さいけどチャンネル数が多く、シャワーの水圧もまずまず。タオル2枚、スリッパ、エアコンもあるし、お水、ポット、紅茶、コーヒーが備えつけられていました。リネンも清潔、虫などもおらず、非常に快適。ただ、駅からは石畳を10分ほど歩かなければならないのですが、ライン川沿いでとっても周辺の雰囲気は良かった。大満足でした。

L´hotel si trova in ottima posizione,super centrale con la stazione e il reno vicinissimo .L´edificio sembra molto vecchio, con l´hotel c´e´anche il ristorante e questo é molto tipico.La stanza é piccola e molto spartana, io ho dormito bene, la stanza era pulita e il rapporto qualitá-prezzo era ok.Personale gentile, buona anche la colazione, io penso che quando si dá un feedback non bisogna mai dimenticarsi del prezzo pagato , quindi per chi ha poche pretese e cerca un posto centrale e pulito io consiglio questo hotel.

Affacciato sul Reno La nostra stanza era al terzo piano (senza ascensore) non molto spaziosa ma carina completa di bagno privato con doccia Il bollitore e le pantofole Consigliato per un paio di notti molto comodo per visitare la città perché Vicinissimo al Duomo Al piano terra il ristorante offre uno sconto del 10% agli ospiti dell 'hotel

Very Good location, staff very kind, close by heumarkt and the christmas market. Public transports are very close. U can also est in the restaurant and discover spécialities. Is also close dom, neumarkt. Typical ambiant inside. I liked à lot.

Close to Dom / Railway station / Beer museum / shopping streets / view to Rin , clean room, and a very good restaurant with an excellent coffee. Absolutely nothing to complain for a 3 start hotel; except maybe a problem of the city in that area, lately there are too many mice all over. Must go in restaurant even if you have another hotel . Date of stay: October 2023 but I was in 2014 / 2018 Room tip: second floor can be an advantage (noise related); A problem I still have...I did not receive the invoice (via e-mail) even I write them few times , I try to call but no answer.....and I really need it

Lovely restaurant in a fabulous setting on the Rhine. Always return for food here each time I visit Koln. Did not disappoint fourth time back. Delicious food and huge portions. Great service and such a cosy atmosphere.

This hotel is a gem. Clean and comfortable single room with everything I needed. In addition, my plane was so delayed I arrived in the middle of the night and I was welcomed and given help with my luggage. Very thankful. Must also mention the fabulous breakfast and convenient central location by the river. Would love to return.

Wonderful meal in the traditional restaurant Great menu and the steaks were reasonably priced and really substantial and tasty Waiter was really helpful and spoke great English having studied for 3 years in USA I rarely write a review and was really impressed with this place

Called there while on a three night stay . Great location in the old town, close to the river. Staff friendly and efficient, food was excellent, prices reasonable. Would recommend the chicken in mozzarella, tomato and Rosti. Delicious!
