Website said bath/W/C was 2 steps from sink, suggesting all was inside room. Not so! Room area hallway not lit and not secure. Electronic keypad broken with wires exposed. Hallways smelled of urine and sewage. I looked at the room and walked back out and gave key back. I did NOT stay.

Hotel Review: Unfortunately, I must advise against staying at this hotel. The security deficiencies began with a broken lock on the room door, which caused an unsettling feeling. The hygiene was severely lacking; dirty bed linen, as well as floors and walls, were not only unsightly but also unhygienic. The toilet was also dirty, and there was a lack of soap in the shower. To make matters worse, it was noisy at night, making restful sleep impossible. The overall sense of security was non-existent, which is especially unacceptable for children and families. In my opinion, the hotel is not just in need of renovation but should rather be replaced with a new building, as the current conditions are no longer bearable. Untrained, unskilled staff. They have no understanding of hotel management. Personnel non formé, non qualifié. Ils ne comprennent rien à la gestion hôtelière.
