La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Colmar. L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è molto buono, anche se a volte il francese non può essere comunicato, sono comunque disposti a ripetere la spiegazione in inglese. Infine, ci sono molti prodotti tra cui scegliere per la colazione self-service, e non dovresti stancarti di mangiarla durante il tuo soggiorno di 2 o 3 giorni.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel la settimana di Natale come base per un tour in Alsazia. L hotel dista 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Colmar e per chi viaggia in macchina come noi è molto comodo in quanto dotato di un ampio parcheggio. Le camere triple non sono molto spaziose ma tutto sommato comode per un soggiorno breve.ottima pulizia e colazione varia . Consiglio di prendere in considerazione proprio la colazione compresa in quanto l hotel si trova in una zona industriale per cui nelle vicinanze non ci sono né bar né ristoranti. Nel complesso recensione più che positiva!

Le camere erano confortevoli e confortevoli. Buoni letti e bagni. Accoglienza utile e amichevole. Perfettamente pulito. Posizione perfetta. Sfortunatamente, la signora del ristorante era scortese e ci ha sempre fatto sentire a disagio e sgraditi. Un paio di esempi: non ci ha fatto entrare a colazione perché non è riuscita a trovare una prenotazione. Il problema è stato risolto dopo il coinvolgimento della reception. Un altro giorno avevamo ordinato la colazione per 10 persone e ci è stato detto che non saremmo potuti arrivare prima delle 10:45. La stessa signora si è rifiutata di servirlo al nostro arrivo. Ha iniziato a togliere il cibo e non voleva nemmeno preparare il caffè. Sembrava infastidita e ha risposto negativamente a tutte le richieste. È stata un'esperienza deludente. Spero che l'amministrazione migliori questa parte per mantenere una buona esperienza per tutti.

ottima posizione per andare in centro a Colmar a piedi parcheggio dall'altro lato della strada, non dentro la struttura ma comodo ugualmente però spesso ci sono dei soggetti poco rassicuranti vicino all'ingresso. Camere molto piccole anche rispetto ad altri IBIS, spazio per la colazione risicato, praticamente nella hall dell'albergo. Per una sola notte non è stato un problema ma per più notti gli spazi sono troppo piccoli. Prezzo leggermente superiore alla media degli IBIS, forse per la zona molto turistica

Hotel Colombier perfetto per la location centralissima nella Petit Venice, molto confortevole la camera nella dependance vicino al fiume , colazione pienamente soddisfaciente per quantità e qualità , a disposizione un comodo garage nelle vicinanze dell’hotel . All’arrivo è ‘ stato fatto recapitare un bouquet di fiori ordinato per un anniversario molto importante! Hotel Colombier mi ha pienamente soddisfatto

The Staff at the Rapp Hotel were first class, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel, after long walks, to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was plentiful with various choices. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is a small walk from the centre where you will find pretty streets and old buildings. FFRANKLINE L.Indimenticabile Eccellente soggiorno di una notte. La stanza è buona. La colazione offriva un'ampia gamma di cibo. È solo che hanno la macchina del caffè. Anche la macchina per il succo d'arancia appena spremuta. Quanto sono freschi tutti i cibi.
Grazie anche per l'addetto alla reception che ha reso la mia giornata così speciale. Servizio eccezionale. Molto amichevole.
La mia stanza all'Attico è davvero unica.
Anche la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente. Alle spalle si trova il centro storico di Colmar. Molti ristoranti e caffè pure. Non avresti fame.
Completamente raccomandato a tutti i viaggiatori sia da solo, in coppia o in famiglia.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per il ponte dell'Immacolata. L'hotel è molto curato, il personale alla reception estremamente gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera era una junior suite, molto pulita, bagno spazioso. La colazione ottima con prodotti vari, deliziosi gli yougurt, il pane e le marmellate. Abbiamo cenato anche una sera alla brasserie dell'hotel, anche qui il personale è stato gentilissimo. Abbiamo usufruito del loro parcheggio interno, molto comodo se si considera che i parcheggi tutt'attorno all'hotel sono comunque a pagamento. Un particolare non da poco che abbiamo apprezzato molto è stato il fatto che alla nostra cagnolina è stato permesso di venire con noi nella sala colazione e al nostro arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato una calda copertina e una ciotola per lei.

Il personale è felice, amichevole e professionale, niente è troppo difficile per loro e il loro sorriso è così accogliente. Le colazioni sono fantastiche, tanto da scegliere e cucinare per la perfezione. Il personale Lheo e Aude erano così utili e la loro conoscenza locale per i luoghi da visitare era fantastica. Assicurati di visitare il villaggio Eguisheim,è magico.

UUtente ospiteDie Mitarbeiter konnten unsere Buchung nicht finden, weder mit Name noch mit Bestätigung-Nr. Wir sagten, wir haben mit trip.com gebucht. Wir hatten Bestätigung-Mail und ein Login auf trip.com mit der Bestätigung. Wir warteten dann ca 20min, bis der Rezeptions-Mitarbeiter zu uns kam und meinte, er habe die Buchung gefunden, wir hätten ihm falsche Infos gegeben, wir hätten mit „niki-travel“ gebucht. Aber anstatt für uns nun das Check-in zu machen und eine Zimmerkarte zu geben, verabscheidete sich der Mitarbeiter in den Feierabend. Wir mussten dann erneut in der Warteschlange hinter ca 20 Gästen fürs check-in beim neuen Mitarbeiter anstehen. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.
