The AC barely worked, it was very humid inside. Barely any TV channels and no access to a tv guide to know what was coming on. The little shop to buy drinks and snacks was very limited. The door was very difficult to open and close. You could hear every time someone was running water above us. There was a dog constantly barking. Check out is at 12pm and housekeeping was knocking on our door before 9am.

The Hampton Inn is a nice place to stay. The room we had was large and very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. I did hear noise from the above apartment and down our hall. The walls are thin.
My biggest compliant is *******. I book and paid for this room through ******* at a set price but the hotel said I owed more and charged my card. The rate was $10 higher than *******'s publish rate. ******* charged back the original lower amount but not for the higher rate. ******* claimed responsibility stating my reservation from ******* did not go through. Bottom line...if you use *******, don't trust their rate quote or the reservation. Double check your reservation with the hotel directly.

I was very pleased with this Hotel. The price was very competitive to other similar facilities in the area. Its location made it convenient for anyone traveling by automobile, and is located close to the University, but not in the traffic congestion of being closer. The staff and management was extremely friendly and accommodating, The facility was clean and quite, exactly what you would expect at a Hampton Inn. I had an issue with not receiving credit for the customary incidentals charge, that ended up being the fault of my bankcard company. Even though this was not an issue with the hotel, the friendly staff and management spent much time trying to correct this issue and helped me trace the issue to my bank. I definitely recommend this location.

Just stayed a night, booked 15 prior arrival late evening for a short sleep. Super friendly, clean , great bed. Up early before breakfast but the guy was there preparing offered me to come in and take breakfast prior my early departure. THANKs

The front desk staff was exceptionally. She greeted me with smile. My check in was quick and provided me with information needed about the hotel and their services. I would definitely stay again on this hotel

Very nice hotel! Nice breakfast! Good location! Needs new towels , they were worn, thin and rough! Shower leak at the bottom. Need’s better coffee maker! Would like to use k cups in my room. Over all good though!

Front desk help was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was very friendly, and did a great job. Gentleman who oversaw the breakfast was a hard worker and kept food items warm and stocked.
Overall, a great experience. We will definitely be back to your hotel!!!
