Hotel in zona Colerne Park and Monk＇s Wood, Colerne

My sister and I booked afternoon tea here whilst meeting up for a day in Bath on July 19th. I had seen mixed reviews on Trip Advisor but it was in loads of 'best places in Bath for afternoon tea', so we took a chance. Well we needn't have worried it was just a lovely, lovely experience - just how afternoon tea should be in such elegant 5* surroundings. We were shown to our table in the conservatory part just off the pretty gardens and were sat right by the windows. We were served promptly and had a number of different staff attend us and they were all friendly, engaged and interested and absolutely nothing was any trouble - one of them even got concierge to book us a taxi to take us straight to the rail station and even the taxi driver was brilliant. Interestingly, all of the waiting staff were very young but had obviously been trained impeccably. Our afternoon tea was served promptly and was absolutely delicious in every way. We both shared a non vegetarian and vegetarian option, so as to sample all of the different types of sandwiches, all of which we enjoyed. The cake selection was so pretty and the stand outs for us were the most amazing scones ever and the passionfruit and basil macarons - I could have eaten a whole box full of those little macaron beauties - one just wasn't enough. The chef must be congratulated for his patisserie skills. All in all we had a most memorable experience here and we would most definitely go back again.

Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel per il nostro anniversario, era un buon hotel in una grande posizione. La camera era bella e spaziosa e la doccia era grande. Sarebbe stato grande se avessero un bagno. Siamo stati molto delusi per il colazione che aveva solo 4 articoli da scegliere. Per un hotel Hilton che è inaccettabile e non volevano nemmeno fornire nulla come hanno detto che è un set di colazione. Questo non è stato comunicato quando prenota, quindi solo sapevamo quando siamo arrivati al colazione al mattino.

This is a very nice, new and clean hotel sitting in the romantic Bath. Outside the window you can see and feel Bath culture. The room is pretty large enough. You can also enough whole day in yhe hotel with plenty of facilities like swimming pool and spa. Hotel also offer a fabulous breakfast and good service in the morning. The only thing that can be improved is there is no parking. You have to park in Charlotte street car park which take you 5min walk. The good thing is the car park is quite big and allow overnight parking while the car park next to hotel only allow few hours parking max.

La roba era amichevole e gentile, e spiegava tutti i dettagli quando arrivammo. La stanza era tesa e aveva una TV massiccia. Il posto è a circa 20 minuti da Bath e probabilmente 10-15 da Bristol (non sono andato in quel modo). È a circa 1 km (Downhill) dalla stazione ferroviaria, e si trova sulla strada principale, quindi 2 minuti per fermare l'autobus per l'area. Il posto era bello e il colazione (compreso) era molto delizioso. Attualmente, questo posto è vicino alla A36 che è una strada molto occupata, e la nostra stanza guardava questa strada, anche con le finestre chiuse il rumore del traffico era alto, quindi se rimasi qui, chiederei una stanza dietro se possibile

整體來説還是挺不錯的 衞生乾淨 服務周到 酒店也是精緻小巧 就是房間稍微再大一點點就好了 在巴斯 感覺性價比不算高 但還是不錯的一個體驗
