Good hotel, pool and beach are good, not too much entertainment but fine for us. Cheap bus to other areas from outside the hotel. It’s situated on the outskirts but you can walk to bazaar and few shops/parks. Beach is lovely and has bar and lunch there, little bus if you can’t walk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Problems- very noisy at night, there doesn’t seem to be any quiet hours with people racketing about and playing music until 2am. The rooms are located around the centre of the lobby or around the pool/spa area so even though you are above you get a lot of noise. Food is standard all inclusive, plenty of choice and displayed nicely.

Nice hotel but could do with a refurbish as looking a bit tired in some areas. The staff were all very nice. The bus to the private beach could do with being replaced as it lets the hotel down! There were far too many kids even though it was not in the school holidays, parents must of taken them out of school ( it was heaving) impossible to relax around the pool! The private beach was nice and so were the staff at the beach bar. The room we had was a double with balcony which faced the pool which was ok, needed updating soon! The curtains were very narrow and didn't cover the window or keep the light out! Also the door to the rooms go out onto a central walkway which below is the reception and bar so is quite noisy until midnight. There is also an issue with the drainage, we had to put all of the towels and keep the bathroom door shut to stop the water rushing and gurgling noises coming from the shower drain from water running toilets flushing from other rooms! That said the hotel would be more suited for families that want their kids to run riot while their parents drink around the pool! Don't get me wrong we had a good time and at most part it was fine but we would not book this hotel again, we would book an adults only as this was not the relaxing holiday we were hoping for.

Absolutely loved this hotel, all the staff were fantastic, it was kept very clean everywhere. This was our first trip abroad as a family with 2 teens and 1st time all inclusive. The food was amazing. Having read other reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect but was absolutely delighted. Food choices for everyone and was so beautifully presented. We actually found the shops within the hotel better than the bazaar up the street. Will definitely come back again. I loved how international the other guests were (the last thing we wanted was a mini England) and this hotel delivers. My husband and I had the Turkish bath and massage which was amazing, the lady who did mine was from Bali and was so lovely. We went on the pirate ship experience which was amazing as docked in the old town of Side so had a look round the shops and took our photo opportunity at the Temple of Apollo. We were really lucky with the weather, we went the last week of October and was 27/28 degrees every day.

What a brilliant resort!! all the waiters and workers are so kind and hard working. Taner the waiter is so kind and such a gentleman always considerate always asked if we wanted drinks and was so chatty and kind. The hotel in general is great this is my second time i have been here and i will definitely be back again. There’s also a good range of food and you can go up and get as much as you want. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the entertainment very good entertainment loved the zumba and dancing round the pool ...best animater with furkan Lara , pikachu loved cuddling the cats and feeding them and all the lizards and frogs in the area, shopping in the markets were excellent got a lot of bargains ..

Hotel amazing staff were really helpful and kind food was out of this world and greatchoice bar was amazing all day and the bar tends amazing Ali and Ertan were the best guys trying they best to understand us was great i will come back again thank u for everything 😀

Highly recommend the cocktails made by Ismail at the pool bar. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Food as you would expect at an all inclusive, Waiters and chef pleasant and helpful. 2 adults and a teenager plenty of space. Pool and slides cold (freezing) but good 😊

We had a great experience at the Ramada Resort Side. Easy €2 bus trip to Side from outside the hotel. Great selection of food and snacks throughout the day. Ismail Oguz was a great barman and always welcoming. The Spa was affordable and also welcoming. The staff were top notch with keeping the resort clean and tidy throughout the day. The room was dated in places and beds a little firm, but air con worked and they kept the fridge stocked with drinks throughout the week.
