Decent hotel in Coimbatore. Stayed here for three nights. The only concern I had, when I had called to reconfirm my booking I asked the lady which floor was my room. She says my room is on the 3rd floor, so I requested if I could get a higher floor. She said yes and said she can give me a room on the 14th floor. I said fine and thanked her. When I reached the hotel I noticed the hotel was not having 14 floors. So I asked them and they said 14th floor number stands for 4rth floor!!! Seriously??!! They have floor 11 ( 1st floor) , 12 ( 2nd floor) and so on!! But then I had already reserved for three days. So didn't really worry about it, but felt I was given wrong information. But my 4rth floor room was decent, except a painting in the room which looked totally out of place and as if it would fall down any moment. But everything else was fine. Maybe the staff can have a bit more warmth and a smile. They all seemed very serious! Breakfast was fantastic. 70% of items in the breakfast buffet was the same across the three days,but tasted good. Room service was also good, but limited choice of beer. Property is pretty small. It takes some time for the valet to get your car. All in all a decent stay. Not sure if I would stay again though!

Adoro il soggiorno in IBIS coimbatore. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana e ha un grande ambiente e il personale è troppo amichevole. Ringrazio in particolare il personale del ristorante Vinodh, Vanna e Kishor per essere così amichevole e così utile. Il servizio del signor Vinodh è splendido, perché ha preparato e servito le rulli di primavera in nessun momento come un trattamento. Il ristorante è stato un grande cibo con servizio speciale in camera. Ho apprezzato completamente il soggiorno e è un posto molto confortevole.

We stayed in this hotel last June,then September,October and again in November.We enjoyed our stay each time.Staff are very courteous and cooperative and they are willing to help and support..Rooms are neat and clean.They are spacious too.Location is very good since it is only walkable distance from railway station.Everything is excellent.But the restaurants are slightly expensive.Taste is good.Overall a hotel where everyone can enjoy.
