Decent hotel in Coimbatore. Stayed here for three nights. The only concern I had, when I had called to reconfirm my booking I asked the lady which floor was my room. She says my room is on the 3rd floor, so I requested if I could get a higher floor. She said yes and said she can give me a room on the 14th floor. I said fine and thanked her. When I reached the hotel I noticed the hotel was not having 14 floors. So I asked them and they said 14th floor number stands for 4rth floor!!! Seriously??!! They have floor 11 ( 1st floor) , 12 ( 2nd floor) and so on!! But then I had already reserved for three days. So didn't really worry about it, but felt I was given wrong information. But my 4rth floor room was decent, except a painting in the room which looked totally out of place and as if it would fall down any moment. But everything else was fine. Maybe the staff can have a bit more warmth and a smile. They all seemed very serious! Breakfast was fantastic. 70% of items in the breakfast buffet was the same across the three days,but tasted good. Room service was also good, but limited choice of beer. Property is pretty small. It takes some time for the valet to get your car. All in all a decent stay. Not sure if I would stay again though!

Questa è la nostra terza permanenza qui quest'anno, le camere sono pulite e contemporanee, e la finestra può essere aperta su richiesta (che era qualcosa che i cittadini più anziani della nostra famiglia volevano). La camera da letto che abbiamo provato una volta sembrava essere una combinazione di una stanza standard e una zona cucina. Le camere deluxe sono molto spaziose (e più ampie della suite), e molto comode. Le tolette in entrambi hanno porte scivolanti che non chiudono. Il personale è molto cordiale. Il cibo era molto delizioso e personalizzato per noi (nessuna polvere di ghiacci, né polvere di ghiacci!). Il buffet per colazione era anche molto buono. Il nostro primo soggiorno è stato basato su recensioni online. Per i successivi soggiorni, non abbiamo considerato nessun altro posto, perché siamo stati molto confortevoli qui l'epoca precedente - Zibe è diventata la nostra prima scelta di prenotare a Coimbatore.
